Extremely convenient location in the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting the Philippines. It's also affordable and offers great value for money.

Our stay at Prince Hotel was really pleasant. The staff were accommodating and respectful, which made the whole experience better. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, though you can tell the hotel is a bit old in some areas, but it didn’t bother us at all.
We got to use the gym and it was nice. There was good music and even some refreshments. We also had time to use the pool, which was a decent and relaxing experience. The lobby smelled really good too.
We also liked the bathtub since the water heats up instantly, unlike a 5 star hotel we stayed at before where it took a while. The breakfast buffet was a highlight as well. The ambiance was nice and the food was good.
We would definitely go back and would want to stay longer next time to fully experience the amenities, especially the bar. The location is also convenient since there are many shops nearby where you can buy food, and we were able to bring outside food as well. Just expect the road outside to be busy since it is located in Manila and in a busy area too.

Location is good, near the hotel there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. The room size is also big. service is also good. breakfast is filipino and western style and have several variations each day. Wish it could have more eastern options too.

Our stay was nice. The place is near several food establishments. The aircon was very cold, although it’s a bit old, and sometimes it made noises that woke us up. I already mentioned this in their feedback form, so hopefully they can fix it.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and the food was good. However, I don’t recommend going on weekends because you can’t fully enjoy the pool—there are just too many people. They also don’t have a bidet in their CRs, which is something we Filipinos are very used to, so it was quite difficult and uncomfortable.

This has been probably my 10th hotel stay. They constantly improve their facilities , this time, a security feature in the elevator. Service has always been excellent. And they remembered to give us a room near the elevator. Kudos MPH !

Enjoyed my stay in Manila Prince. Booked deluxe king room. The room's interior is old fashioned which I prefer. It is also clean and complete with bath tub and complimentary toiletries.The AC looks old but still serve its purpose.
The breakfast buffet is good as well.
The staffs are courteous and accomodating to your needs.
The security is on point as they have xray for luggages and the security guards are well-mannered.
Money well spent.
