The overall cost and everything is good, I really like it but there is no free bottle of water and kittle in the room.

The whole hotel is very nice. All the staffs are accommodating and nice. Booked the cheapest room and it was amazing, super clean and a great room overall.

This Western-style hotel has some history behind it, you can look into that for yourself. I can say that the management was welcoming and friendly and the staff I encountered were happy to assist.
My room was large and clean, clean bathroom, basic amenities provided and if you would like to go outside for food it is available.
Since it's on the 'main drag' you can expect a bit of traffic noise. All in all a respectable choice, and if I'm passing through the area again I'd stay there.

Not child friendly, 1st time someone shout on us because of my daughters and niece (1-3yrs old) playing with minimal noise at the hallway upon checking in, saying.. “Ang iingay niyo”.. knowing we have kids /toddlers with us. Traumatizing!!!!!
