Booking here in trip.com made our trip very satisfying! Everything went so smoothly. I'm very happy that is was a stress free transaction. I also checked the website to compare the pricing, but I saw it was way cheaper to book here. Thank you so much for the splendid stay!

The room was okay, but the reception area wasn't friendly and smelled bad. We didn't even eat the breakfast buffet because, OMG, the food looked disgusting. Sorry, but it's not worth it, and the staff aren't friendly either 😞🫩

Our room was like a smoking room. There was that unpleasant smell as we entered. There were lots of dust flies when we move the curtains. Headboards looked messy. It was like there were dried sweats and discoloration. For a family with kids, beeakfast was not child-friendly. I only like the location cause itvwas at the heart of Sta Cruz.

The front desk service was good, and the rooms were quite large and newly renovated.

Excellent service! Great environment! And for someone like me who doesn't speak English, the presence of a handsome young man speaking Chinese at the front desk made for a fantastic stay.

Nine Keys is located on Wang Bing Street, and there are many Chinese shops just downstairs.

Perfectly located in the heart of Binondo, Manila's Chinatown.
