It’s our second time to stay here and Bayview never disappointed. Good food (breakfast buffet), accommodating staff, clean rooms, fresh ambiance. The best of all is it is the cheapest hotel in the area that can give you 4-star treatment. Kudos!

We had a great stay in this hotel.
the staff are all warm and welcoming!
Amenities: we only use the pool and we don’t have anybody with us, it’s all for ourselves so we enjoyed it so much.. Though the pool is just small.
breakfast buffet is just OK.. I could wish tbey can have more to offer., but nonetheless the food tastes nice and very Filipino.

The family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly.
The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta.
The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend the Bayview Hotel or anyone traveling with a family. We can't wait to visit again!

Pros:
Staff are polite and accommodating. Our room is clean and our requests were granted as well. Staff are also attentive to needs.Great location as well.
Cons:
Breakfast food is very limited and no vegetables, mostly are processed foods. There are people who are smoking right outside the hotel and no one is reprimanding them.

It was a nice experience. Walking distance to Manila Bay. They also provide a pool for kids, intended for families.

The buffet was good, but the choices were a bit limited. We were also asked to move to the mezzanine level for dining, which was fine but slightly inconvenient.
The staff accommodated our request to have the beds joined, which we appreciated. The room setup was comfortable and met our needs.
