Hotels in Sampaloc, City of Manila

My stay overall went smoothly. My only concern was the checking in process. It’s a bit too much. I guess it was for security purposes also. Will recommend it.

I think it is located at an odd location amidst residential area of an arterial road. Just about 7 minutes walking from Legarda metro station LRT-2. Although the room looks like an office cabin, it was spacious enough and properly clean. It has a window aircon which was cooling the room nicely. Bathroom & toilet were separate. The room has 4 wardrobes. My room had no good view from window. The building facade looks good from outside. You get water dispenser on the floor which is very good thing as you don't have to run outside for buying water. The staff is cooperative & professional.

TOILET BOWL WAS DIRTY. SHOWER DOOR BROKEN. NO BEDDINGS AND TOILETRIES READY UPON CHECKIN  TV NOT WORKING SO WE REQUESTED TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM NOT RECOMMENDED. 😕

Great accomodation, surrounded with lots of establishments, food carts and easy access to everywhere. Accomodating staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Western-style hotel has some history behind it, you can look into that for yourself. I can say that the management was welcoming and friendly and the staff I encountered were happy to assist. My room was large and clean, clean bathroom, basic amenities provided and if you would like to go outside for food it is available. Since it's on the 'main drag' you can expect a bit of traffic noise. All in all a respectable choice, and if I'm passing through the area again I'd stay there.

Okay naman yung location malapit sa shops at public transport. This is also cheap for around 500 pesos lang. Convenient sya kung gagala ka. Overall sakto lang sya, not bad pero nothing extraordinary din. Good choice kung kelangan mo lang ng place to sleep.

The room was clean and the service was good I reached the place by bus and the hotel was just near by to the bus terminal. I booked a grab taxi and it only costed me 80 pesos to reach the hotel

Room was a bit unclean upon check in. There were dried hair in the sink at the entrance. Sink was dirty. No trash bin at the toilet, there used to be 1 in our previous stay. Shower tends to get too hot and water gets very weak esp early morning. No wifi, no tv channel. 3rd extendion gone to waste as there was drilling works the whole day until late night. We ended up leaving and not being able to stay overnight. Request a refund already. Ate Mariz, the hotel attendant was very helpful and friendly, she was able to accommodate us upon check in though it was already around 12midnight.

This place has high ratings, so, as you can imagine, I had high expectations. But it was a major let down. In fact, I checked out within 30 minutes from check in and found another place to stay in (at a slightly lower rate). I think if their rate was, say, 300-400 pesos lower, then staying there can be justified.

It was good. Malinis and mababait ang mga staff.
