Great value for money. Easy walking distance to most of the things I wanted to see - Intramuros, Rizal Park, and a good choice of restaurants nearby especially at Robinsons. Hot water available downstainrs and the fastest elevator.

Always worth it here. Clean rooms, great service and a beautiful city view. This is already my 5th time booking here and they’ve always been consistent with quality and comfort. Highly recommended. 💯
Plus, it’s super accessible -- just walking distance to Robinsons Manila, Pedro Gil LRT Station and also near Luneta Park. 🏙️👌

The electric kettle in my room is defective and it burn almost causing fire. My room was filled with smoke but smoke did not trigger the alarm. I'm making this review for awareness and hope it will help to save life. The hotel is a bit old and has safety issues already. The staff went to my room and saw the room was filled with smoke. I just hope they prioritize my safety by offering to evacuate me but they just replace the burned electric kettle. It's not worth it. Don't risk your life. This hotel is a disaster waiting to happen. I believe they are not compliant with fire prevention laws. It may be cheaper but it comes with a safety risk. I don't recommend this hotel.
This was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪
My siblings and I had a decent stay overall. The place was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and we appreciated having enough space for everyone. The location was convenient, and check-in went smoothly. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like [insert example—e.g., the Wi-Fi connection or water pressure], but nothing that really affected our stay. All in all, it was a good experience for a family trip and offered fair value for the price.
first is their bath towel that looks like a rag with a lot of stains, it's disgusting. They must first make sure that what their guest will use is clean, But the staff are good and friendly.
The room was clean and cozy to sleep on. The bathroom is good and not too small for two person. The receptionist is also approachable and pleasing My only problem is that the vicinity of the hotel gets flooded when it rains. Its such a hassle. Hope they improve this.

Great
GGuest UserIt was a very good experience with the hotel. The quality of the hotel was good in terms of its price, and the food was quite delicious as well. Would definitely recommend them to other customers as well.
EEarl Peter JGI recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised.
Location: The hotel’s proximity to the nearby universities is a huge plus. If you’re a student or visiting for academic purposes, you’ll appreciate the convenience of being within walking distance. Additionally, having SM Mall just across the street makes shopping and dining easy.
Attractions Nearby: Rizal Park, just a few blocks away, is another highlight. It’s a pleasant walk from the hotel, and you can explore this historical park and enjoy the greenery.
Room Comfort: The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the extra space to move around.
GGuest UserThe nice thing is very convenient place.
During with my stay. My daughter drop some food in the bed and they charge it to us 200 pesos. Careful when you have food in your room. This is my first time that hotel ask me to pay just because of the food dirt.
MmsmariakatrinaI recently stayed at Hotel H2O, and it was such a unique and memorable experience! Our room featured a beautiful, large aquarium wall that created a relaxing and mesmerizing atmosphere throughout our stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
The service was also excellent. The bell boy was very accommodating, helping us with our luggage and making sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The receptionist was equally friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Overall, Hotel H2O offered great service, a unique room experience, and a clean, comfortable environment. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!
GGuest UserLocation is good, it’s near from tourist spots in Manila. Lobby and resto’s ambiance is fine, but as soon as you enter their elevator and along hallways there is a stinky smell. For the room, bed sheet look so old and thin as well as the towel. Cold and hot shower is so hard to control. It either super hot or super cold nothing in between lol.
GGuest UserSlept 8-straight hours which indicates that it was a comfy stay. room is clean. i did not feel bed bug bites nor see insects. Room was equipped with basic amenities that travelers like me would need. Housekeeping followed my request NOT to come in in the middle of my stay. Theres elevator. too.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient to catch the Si-kat service to PG. The room was a little bit to warm and the air-conditioning only just managed. But if you are transferring from the airport to PG the Si-kat is a great option. 👍
HHectorIf you are looking for a place comfortable enough to sleep one night at the capital, you go for this. If you are looking for something else and you can't lower your standards or tolerate not so good conditions, then this place is not for you.
