Staying at City Garden Suites Manila turned out to be a great choice for exploring the historic side of Manila. The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.

The hotel is pretty good, and the location is excellent, with lots of restaurants nearby, Starbucks, and the university all within close proximity. The room facilities look a bit dated, probably because the hotel is older. The service, however, is great and very welcoming.

Got the WOW factor as soon as I walked in. The Hotel is Plush, first thought was my clothes were not good enough for here. The atmosphere emitted Style, Taste very classy as all my friends commented as well as when I booked didn't realise it was a High End stay. So many helpful staff at the Lobby, Restaurants and House cleaning, big thank you Alex!! Sunsets at the pool and rooftop bar were just amazing. Did I say pool? It was great

I always book here at Eurotel for two great reason. Just in front of Robinsons Manila and good breakfast buffet for such affordable room price.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. What I like with this hotel is the location. It's accessible to the mall, only walking distance. What I don't like was the TV channels isn't working, and we can here the people on the other rooms... Only 1 lift is working as well. But overall it's just fine

The location was good and very convenient. The room itself was decent, but not very clean—especially the windows, which were quite dusty. In our first room, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly so it was too warm, and we had to request a transfer. Thankfully, the second room had a functioning aircon. However, we noticed several issues during our stay. Some of our companions had problems with their shower not working, and when they were supposed to be transferred, the next room’s aircon also wasn’t cooling properly. There were quite a few inconveniences overall. The reception staff didn’t seem very accommodating or responsive to concerns. It may have been due to a high volume of guests, but it would have helped if concerns were acknowledged more promptly. The lobby was also quite warm, which made it uncomfortable not just for guests but also for the staff in corporate attire. The surroundings can be a bit noisy since the location is close to busy areas. Overall, since this was our first time staying here for a nearby event, we appreciated the convenient location and affordability. However, the overall experience was around 6/10. I hope they can improve the room conditions and address maintenance issues moving forward. We also didn’t get the chance to take photos of the room for reference. I hope improvements can be made, as the place itself has a lot of potential and the location is really good.

First of all, I would like to say that the staff was friendly and apptoachable but the thing was checking in and out took too long since they dont have their own table or place to properly process the papers. The place were bigger than the usual I bookedl before . The room has I double deck and 1 double bed. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. I just wanted to recommend to upgrade the cooking stove into induction, it was old and rusted which wasted electricity. They provide sleepers for 4 people. You need to bring your own shampoo and toiletries. If need cleaning and help just inform the staff. Few upgrades is irecommended
