Quality Inn & Suites Manitou Springs at Pikes Peak

GO ELSEWHERE! Daughter smelled pee on our bed. GROSS!! Horrible smell in room! Housekeeping never came after requesting two times Key fob would not open the door the last two days Blinds broke during our stay Trash left outside in common areas for days No water stations Offered stale popcorn at lobby Kids were jumping on the bed at 4pm, and the neighbor banged on the floor. Kids weren’t that loud - led me to believe it’s a long term tenant.

Can not recommend this hotel. Noisy location with thin walls that carried in the sounds of other guests and street noises, well into the evening. Room was reasonably clean but dated. The AC unit was making a rattling noise that we could not stop. No one available to speak to about it. Unclean breakfast area with harried staff member trying desperately to supply the food...and failing. Felt sorry for him. He was polite, but very stressed. Hardly any food was available. We left then and continued on our trip.

We booked this motel ( it’s not a hotel when the doors are outside) because it was dog friendly and had a full kitchen for our 4 night stay. Upon arrival we noticed an old shuttle bus parked the wrong way in the parking lot. Lots of trailers and boxes of debris around the property and a pickup truck with an old jetted tub upside down in the bed of the truck. There also appeared to be several people living at the motel. Once we checked in we found that while there was a kitchen there were no supplies to cook with or plates, silverware or glasses in the kitchen. We had an EMPTY kitchen, not a Full kitchen. After speaking with the front desk we were offered a couple paper plates and a small saucepan with a spatula. Which we declined. We were told that they don’t stock the kitchen because guests just steal everything. The coverlet on the bed was stained and the sheets were quite worn. I’m sure glad we had our own pillows. We would have changed locations but this was the only place in that area that accepts dogs.

It's was outstanding. It was clean the staff is great and the breakfast bar was super clean and well stocked. Closed to food and fun and budget friendly. I definitely will stay here again.

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights, on 2nd night WiFi was out i had no access to my room no tv no access to my devices due to no WiFi. The stay was good comfy bed enough towels. Did try out their breakfast it was alright could’ve had a little more variety like more protein. But overall it was pretty good.

Yes about the second day one man in the office decided to start giving my husband a hard time I don't understand? We are quiet my service dog, which seemed to be a problem, he is very quiet and mine's very well behaved...I don't want to have to tell my story every time I tell them I have a service dog. We've stayed there before. It doesn't go along with the rules. I Follow their rules. One morning I wanted a coffee and my husband went to the desk to ask and they said they weren't going to make any more it wasn't even 10:00. My huband went to the store for me. Our cable was out our internet was in and out. You had to catch the cleaning people for an extra trash bag. Our last stay was not like this and I don't know why this stay was terrible (we are having Work being done in our house). I hope I don't treat their other guests in this manner We could have used a broom or something in our room as we would check in things and there's no way to clean up the floors. I'm generally very busy and don't have time take a break from the room and go somewhere so they can clean it. Oh well I guess it's just customer service these days. There are many hotels to stay at. Thank you.

Stopped in from Texas on our way to Keystone & I love this hotel! It is pet friendly, while being absolutely spotless! The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are so big! Great breakfast with the host serving up a friendly smile as well. The manager is very kind along with the front desk staff! I even booked again for the way back to Texas! So close to everything and a shuttle stop is located right out side! We will be back!

The room was definitely clean. Wish we had extra trash bags. They also have a list in the office that says if you ruin the washcloth that'll cost you a $1.25 and the list goes on to the bedspread comforter sheets etc. Makes you feel like you can't move. There were stains on the sheets before we got here. However no one slept in that bed.

The room was great friendly staff. But was not able to get into the ice machine. Breakfast was not that great most of it was gone. Juice was out.
