The hot tub was cold and the pool area smelled bad like fish!

My stay was fine except for the young hockey players running up and down the halls -yelling- late into the night. I know it's exciting for a traveling team but Saturday night was raucous on the 2nd floor!
I realize it's the parents' fault but could you have put all the teams on one floor?

The staff and room was mediocre at best. They were having conversations that probably should be heard outside of guest areas and another time were on their personal phone.

When we checked in they said there was breakfast witch is a big reason we chose to stay and in the morning the did not have breakfast because the person that did it quit the day before and the manager could not be bothered to come in and do it. Very disappointing.

I attend a medical conference over the weekend. Hotel is older and the first room I was put in was not cleaned very well. However the 2nd room was clean and comfortable. People who worked there were very nice and fresh baked cookies each day were wonderful. .

Everything was great, clean comfortable room. Nice, quiet location, close to shopping. We went downtown and had pizza at Pagliai's Pizza, and we think it was the best pizza we ever had. Next time we're in the area we will definitely stay there again.

The room was nice. The walls were a bit thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring, and that made it difficult to sleep, but that isn't the hotels fault. I did find a spot of what looked like blood, on one of my pillow cases, I removed it and wrapped it in a sheet and it was fine. Breakfast the third day (Saturday) was Buiscits n gravy. The only options were CARBS! As I am on a special diet, I am not able to eat those right now. A suggestion would be to always offer at least one form of yummy protien with your breakfast. I would have loved to eat sausage over eggs since I couldn't eat a buscuit. There were boiled eggs in the fridge, but they were not good. So I didn't eat them. I had a string cheese. Overall my stay was great, but there were a few things that could have made it even better. Thank you.
