Our rom was clean. Beds were comfy. I am not usually a motel person, but this was perfect and it was so convenient to unpack and load the car. Great breakfast! Eggs, muffins, bagels, pancakes, yogurt. (Only thing missing would be bacon or sausage).

We stayed for one night on our trip home from Florida. We saw positive reviews on line and decided to try it. We were very pleased with the room, the staff and the breakfast. We have previously stayed in a town about 20 miles from Manning and we're not particularly happy with the rooms at those motels. We will definitely use this facility again on our next trip to Florida.

The young lady at the front desk was delightful. What a perfect hotel to spend a night. Rooms were very clean, bed very comfortable. Great find!!

Fine for the price for a night's sleep. Basic room right off 95. Waffle House very close for late dinner and other options not far.

Me and my family stayed here. Fridge in my room did not work, breakfast needs more options. I've stayed at there sure stay with great breakfast. Also at check in the girl pre charged my card after I told her I will be there around 9pm. When I arrive she said my card was declined. When I checked my acct, she already ran my card and charged me and didn't realize it. Smh

I got a first room that smells smoking really bad! They changed room to my convenience quick and easy. Clean sheets and towels. There is a fridge for personal use, TV and a table with the coffee necessities. They were all very friendly and polite! Thank you!

Pleasant surprise for the cost. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. It looked like it had been painted recently.
