This place is very dirty. Room 215 has the most horrible smell. We were here with a basketball team and everyone’s rooms were gross. Trash cans over flowing. The breakfast area was clean. The carpet in hallways needs to be replaced. Do not recommend.

To say this hotel is remodeled is STRETCH. It's in very poor condition. Until it's actually remodeled I would not stay here. The front desk attendant was very nice and professional. For the price- go somewhere else. Dirty and run down, it is not on level with any other Hilton properties I have stayed at.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Most of the staff were very friendly but they are currently renovating. Pool is closed. We were staying in one of the poorly renovated rooms. Looks like they got the lowest bidder to do them. All the wall switches and plugs were off centered and angled. Desk did not have a counter top. Shower stall doors not properly installed. Toilet paper roll hanging by a thread off wall. The windows shade was installed incorrectly so there was no light blocking with parking lights outside.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The window coverings did not close completely. The bathroom fan didn’t work well. Also, the cover for the drain in the shower was not secure. It was inconvenient to not be able to enter with our keycard at the nearest our room but I assume that was for security reasons. I will address the room charges separately.

We stayed for 2 nights, the first night we noticed we had no shampoo and the restroom light didn’t work, but we didn’t complain at first. The second night the restroom didn’t flush, and we had a horrible night, we were in the first floor, and there was a lot of noise in the upper floor. We called to complain but nothing happened. This is my first time writing a bad review, and it’s sad that we come to Mansfield often, we loved the area, but not the hotel.
