This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The mold in the bathroom has to be toxic. The room smelled like a wet gym sock. Mansfield, La is not a place you will dine a five star hotel but this place was something else. It’s very shabby and not well kept.

Room was nice but needed a serious dusting, lobby was horrible and had wait for service while receptionist tended to her screaming kids, No coffee or breakfast offered

Upon arriving it was nothing like the pictures or advertisements online. The manager and workers were very rude when my niece had threw up from an upset stomach and upon pulling the sheets off there were bed bugs everywhere. The shower head was broke, kids previous had colored all over the walls, hair in the bed, and smelt like a smoked room when I clearly requested non smoking. Then they tried to charge me an extra $100 for damages that was done to the property before we had even got there. I will never ever come back let alone stay at this dump.

The staff at the hotel were not available to answer the phone for several days and nor returned calls to answer any questions about our stay. Breakfast was to be served at 6, we arrived at 6:17 and the doors were locked and no one to assist with questions. Nothing was ready for breakfast when we returned at 7:30. There was no spoons for cereal and no butter for the waffles and the coffee was horrible. The staff people seemed very nice. The towels are super thin so bring your own towels to dry off after a bath. The room was ver nice.

All I can say, great place to stay and wonderful service! The manager I tell you is a machine. One guest came and told her about their tv, another came about the A/C. Soon as she finished helping me she was all over the place. I love that she satisfies her guest. Great hospitality! I will definitely be back! Hope she will still be there. Great hotel!

What a great experience from the time I arrived until I checked out. The manager Mrs.Brenda checked me in and made sure if I needed anything don’t hesitate to ask. The room was clean and fresh. They have some of the most friendly housekeepers. It was quiet at night and I love my silence when I’m sleeping. The bed, I just melted in it. When I come back to town super 8 is my first choice

I've stayed there before multiple times and definitely will continue to do so when I return. However I do wish they would come down on the prices just a little
