We were on our way to Tennessee then also on our way back. We stayed in the same hotel and will stay there each time. Great place to stay.

Both with checking in and checking out, the front desk personnel was friendly and helpful.
What stood out to me the most was the lady that was singlehanded running the food area for the 2 days we were there. She was friendly and concerned for the health safety of all the people walking through the food lines. I appreciated how hard she worked to keep up with the demand needed to feed everyone. Nice job!!

I love how easy the property is to get to and the abundance of free parking. The staff and the free breakfast was a great benefit. The only issue was the heating/ac unit in the room. Either it was on and freezing or on and HOT. So most of the time we got the room temp to a comfortable level and just turned it off until we HAD to adjust the temp again.

This property was about as perfect as I would expect! The room is comfortable and clean and contained everything we needed. The amenities in the lobby at check in were stocked well. Angie, who made our breakfast has put a lot of thought to details to make the most outstanding breakfast. There are hand sanitizers placed in the right areas. She included salsa for the western omelets. The oa**eal station included brown sugar, candied pecans, dried fruits and cinnamon. The fruits are of high quality! There was flavored creamer for the coffee. Everything was clean and well stocked. This property is what every Hampton should strive to achieve!
