Bathroom was average. No soap and shampoo. Bathroom towels were fine
Room was clean with comfortable bed. Very nice TV. No listing for channels. Good refrigerator but no container for ice or cups.
I would not stay there again.

Conveniently right off the interstate. Quick check in process. Quiet stay from other guests. Extremely inexpensive price.

I made a reservation for my son on 4/02/24 for 04/07-4/08. He received both text and email confirmation for the rooms. The total was on the email for around $120 for 2 rooms. When he arrived at the hotel on 04/07, they said that they couldn't find his reservation and instead of $52.95 a room, they said it would be $71 a room. He showed them the reservation and they would not honor it. The reservation was made through the hotel website. I have to say that I have never had anything like this happen to me. Maybe it was because he is 23 years old and seemed like he could be taken advantage of. I didn't see how calling the hotel would be helpful, so I decided to review the hotel. As it turned out, the hotel ended up with no rooms rented.

I was very disappointed in this motel. When we first arrived nobody was in the lobby for us to check in. We called the number we were supposed to when we got there nobody answered the phone. We went looking for someone. It took us 30 minutes to find someone to check us in. When we got checked in they gave us the room key and that is when they made the bed. They had no fitted sheet on the bed. They only had a flat sheet and the covers. I was worried the whole time we stayed if we even had a clean sheet. It was a very disappointing motel we stayed at. I was trying to make it a very nice time because my husband and I was celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and did not realized that this motel room was not what I expected.

Heritage is a budget option. It isn't fancy, and the outside areas need some attention, but my room was clean, safe, and quiet. The hallways as well, although forst floor rooms have both inside and outside access.
If I were to stay in the Mansfield area again, I would stay here as it was properly priced for what it is compared to other Mansfield area motels.
