The place doesn’t offer heating services during the winters time. Its not that they don’t have the facilities, they charge you for heating per hour and ridiculously high amount. We have travelled around many places and didn’t experience such a thing that basic facilities like hot water or heaters are not provided. Keeping in mind it is not a cheap accommodation. Another reason is that they didn’t inform us of such a thing before making the booking. Neither this info is stated on the website or any other place that they would charge you extra for heating. I wouldn’t recommend travelling during the winter times and specifically with kids as the temperature goes down to -4 and its hard to survive without heating.

Large resort with plenty of outdoor space for walks and kids playing. Rooms need upgrading. The quilts had some stagnant smell. Rooms were airy but look old. Food is ok including breakfast. They offer shisha too

This hotel is extremely bad and not value for money at all. There are no rules or policies they follow it all on manager or staff’s will/wish. Rooms are extremely old including everything furniture etc , hotel stinks. Managers are bad , noisy place , food is not tasty. Staff is terrible not respectful except few if you are lucky. Value for money is 0 , PKR 18500 for luxury rooms it’s a joke. Executive , VIP rooms all are joke. Wash rooms are extremely bad / dirty , they keep one lux soap and sachet shampoo that’s it. Honestly it was a nigh**are. I believe that people come due to location and when they realize they go for early checkout. Hotel takes 100% advance I think this is the reason so that people can get stuck. Trap. Used not cleaned bedsheets, pillow covers , towels. They claim hot water 24/7 it’s a lie. “No Wi-Fi unbelievable” though all mobile network signals comes very well. Cockroaches, dirty black water in executive room we stayed one night and staff said due to rain, ceiling was leaking. They moved us to new block executive for second night cause we were stuck due to 100% advance and that room too bad pretty basic washroom and all dirty bedsheets , covers and pillows.

This place is surrounded by mountains and the lawns are well maintained with beautiful roses, bleeding hearts and other flowers. Unfortunately the inside of the inside is not as well maintained as the outside. I tripped on the ragged carpet at the top of the stairs. The bathroom fixtures were badly in need of repair. The sink faucet sprayed water all over the sink and floor. The toilet leaked around the floor seal and when we showered the water went every which way but into the floor drain. And the guy at the front counter used his pen as a toothpick. When he handed it to my husband to use for signing the registration form, he seemed surprised my husband took a tissue to wrap around the pen. I think some etiquette needs to be taught here. One good point is the food is good, very tasty. It is a hotel with potential but needs maintenance and their staff needs to be trained properly. It certainly is not worth the expense as it is a fairly expensive hotel to stay at.
