Hotel denied to give the booked room and came up with different reasons mentioning reservation number is not valid and reservation was cancelled on the same day etc ,I have send the screenshot from the app to prove reservation is still valid and had a number of calls with hotel team to get the booked room allocated ,due to this issue my father is senior citizen waited for room about 1 to 2 hrs in hotel reception with out room allocation ,really fed up with the service and never recommend this hotel

Our stay at the hotel was very good, the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. We had a good and pleasant stay.

Location, room, staff are good. Food is very bad. Only problem is we have to demand for everything, like water, towels, coffee maker. It’s the duty of the concerned to keep everything in the room before occupancy. Hand-washing liquid not provided.

Mantralaya is a spiritual destination and not a business geography. All hotels there allows 24 hrs check in. And this hotel doesn't allow that. And we paid 2 nights charge for 15hrs.
