The hotel is located at an amazing location with a view over the forest and Pacific Ocean. Room was clean and nice and the breakfast was amazing!

Our family of three stayed 6 nights in a deluxe plus room. The views from the entire property are amazing and we loved the jungle atmosphere. Our child loved playing in the family pool with the water slide and swim up bar. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff was especially helpful in booking tours and answering questions.

I love this place! Highly recommend it! Food was amazing, drinks were great, staff is the best, and rooms were clean and well kept. Super welcoming and hospitality is above and beyond! I can’t wait to go back! 5 starssss!!

Beautiful resort with plenty for adults or families. Views were lovely and wildlife abounds. Staff very accommodating and helped with tours (even one we planned last minute). Service and food excellent. Recommend highly. Close to state park and good restaurants.

This is a wonderful resort built into the side of the mountain. We did not know this in advance but if you have issues with stairs this is not the place for you. There are no elevators. There are a few rooms off the parking lot with no stairs but to get to either pool or the pool restaurant you will take stairs. We had room 20 which was the lowest room at the resort from what we could see. Probably 50 or more steps to the top. The adult pool was a savior from the kids having fun on the slide in the other pool. The adult pool has food and drink service and a swim up bar. We spent our time there. The food was good at the Rico Tico and breakfast was either a buffet or you can also order off the menu. All of the staff went above and beyond to do everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel and its grounds are very pretty. I love how everything is open air. The staff is super friendly. Breakfasts were yummy with lots of choices. The family pool was lots of fun and I love that there was a bar you could swim up to. There are restaurants in walking distance and we didn't drive a lot despite the fact we had a 5 year old with us. Our room was very spacious and had a gorgeous view overlooking the ocean.
