We had a lovely stay at Tabulia Tree! The staff were wonderful — very friendly and welcoming! And a special shout-out to Enrique, who went way beyond the call of duty to help us feel welcome throughout our stay! The hotel grounds are beautiful, with gorgeous flora and lizards, macaws and other wildlife. The pool is a great amenity, and we really enjoyed the breakfasts we had, as well as dinner at the hotel. A couple refreshes to some of the fixtures in the room, and this would be a 5++ stay! We had a wonderful stay and would come back! (And a big hello from Minnesota to Salim & Nina, the two cats who were adopted by the hotel staff and who are a friendly presence at the hotel reception desk!😁😸😸)

I stayed with my son for 4 days and it was perfect for us. We got a small economy room which had a/c and a ceiling fan. It was cleaned very well daily. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and a la carte every morning. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel that takes you up and down from Quepos to Manuel Antonio.

Everything in this property was great, starting from the staff and service, everyone really friendly, they got us to the tours that we wanted to do and explained everything. The location is super convenient you can either take a taxi wherever you are going or take the city bus that it is so inexpensive and secure right outside of the door of the their restaurant and it will take you to the downtown of Quepos that is 5 mins away or to Manuel Antonio that is 10 mins away. While in the pool you have the opportunity to see Lapa birds and Titi Monkeys.

Mala , las ventanas ni están selladas ni las puertas del balcón cierran herméticamente hay vacíos por lo que entran mosquitos , hormigas voladoras …por lo que al no estar aislada el aire acondicionado no sirve aunque funcione. Personal ni amable ni servicial ni profesional, cualquier cosa importante que preguntes o dudes obtienes la misma respuesta " YO NO SÉ " Happy hour un timo todos los cocktails usan la misma combinacion tequila con otro licor ya sea margarita , el mojito lo mismo con tequila … varían 1 ingrediente azúcar o fresa … un desastre . Lo inmejorable de este hotel es Henry el de mantenimiento , en todos los aspectos el único profesional , amable y servicial que hay en este hotel lo que hace que no puntuemos un 1 a este hotel , Gran decepción con este hotel

The Hotel is a lot simpler than what it looks in the pictures and it need restructuring. Despite we had a "De Luxe" room, inside it is very simple and you will only have a 50cm wardrobe in the bathroom, close to the shower !". We had to use our extra single bed as wardrobe. They provide coffe machine but not coffee or tea....which is a non sense. Better to remove it. Staff is very kind but sometime miss the basics of the Customer Service: Cat's food is just in front of the small reception and you have to make attention to avoid it. The doors of 2 bathroom are always open close to the Reception...not nice to see. You have to know that it is 5 km away from Manuel Antonio beach and 2 km from Quepos. You need to take bus or taxi for everything.

This hotel was more basic than some we have stayed in but what it lacked in facilities it more than made up for in genuine charm and staff friendliness. The breakfast is more limited and the rooms are fairly basic but they are clean. The pool is good and prices for drinks are reasonable. The staff can’t do enough for you and they are all fantastic. You can get a regular bus (every 15 mins) into Manuel Antonio or Quepos for C$380 which is great
