The front desk staff is very friendly. There was a detailed explanation of the hotel and a natural sense of consideration. The hotel was well maintained and the bedding was comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really good location for what we needed to do during our stay. It’s worth paying extra for a car park as it was convenient and to get to and from our room to our car. Good for families with a washing machine and dryer so you don’t have to wait to return home to do a big load of washing. We would definitely here again with our family or just ourselves.

Second booking with this hotel and I enjoyed my stay there just as I did the first time. The weather was bad the whole time I was in Auckland, but with the parking area being indoors and elevators going straight from the parking lot to my room, I never needed to worry about an umbrella or getting my shopping inside without being wet. 💯💯💯

The toilet bowl has permanent brown stains on the bottom which was disgusting. A few mould stains around the skirting of the shower. Upon checking in the accommodation required a Bank Credit card (no debit or other credit card) to hold for any incidentals although they had already deducted the first nights accomodation from my debit card prior to me checking in that day which I found weird. The accommodation was ok, it had a balcony and was close to the Westfield Mall.
