The hotel service was excellent, and the staff's attitude was very good. I was also extremely satisfied with the hotel's facilities, such as the swimming pool, and the billiards and electronic piano in the activity room, which provided entertainment during my free time. However, it would be even better if the hotel had a gym.

After traveling around Australia for a month I booked this hotel and it was just what I needed! The view of the pool was lovely! And the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic location, nestled in the outer suburbs of Cairns. The hotel is situated next to Raintrees shops, which has a Woolworths, a pharmacy, Newsagent, a small food court and various bargain shops.

Friendly helpful staff.
Woolworths,liquor store and fast food red rooster a short walk over the road.
15 minutes in an uber to the pier where lots of food and entertainment are.
Had a Good stay here along with view over the pool.
It does become light in the room as no black out.

I want to thank the staff for their great service. After taking a shower and spending a couple of hours in my room, the guests in another room close to mine were very noisy, shouting at each other and causing a lot of disturbance. I called the reception to make a complaint and within minutes the staff shifted me to another room apologising for the inconvenience. I know that you can't get the perfect guests that you would like to but the fact that they promptly resolved my problem is really commendable and everything else about this accommodation is fantastic.

We enjoyed the stay but the pool water was too salty to give a beach vibe. And also we booked two poolview rooms but they switched one room without even letting us know

It was a bit far from the city center, but the pool was lovely and gave us a real tropical vibe.
