Mi esperiencia es mala, por razones ajenas intente cambiar la fecha de mi reserba y no tubieron 0 interes en hacerlo. Un cliente perdido de por vida y no lo recomiendo.

En general , no tenía ref sobre el alojamiento, y me lleve una grata sorpresa, personal amable y atento, habitaciones cuidadas y acogedoras, pazo muy bonito y a las 19 con vista guiada( la recomiendo muy interesante). Desayuno, con todo lo necesario, pero para mí lo más importante todo con ingredientes de gran calidad, muchos de elaboración propia o de la zona. El único punto negativo que encontré, que espero mejoren,( ya que me gustaría volver).sobre todo en invierno,, es l a temperatura de la habitación, es verdad que hay un termostato en l habitación para regular, pero debe estar inactivo, porque no conseguí en todas la noche subir algo la temperatura de la habitación . Menos mal que había en el armario una buena manta y con el edredón, pude dormir caliente.

We have just returned from a weekend in Ribeira Sacra, and a stay in Pazo da Pena, and we could not have been more delighted with our experience. We stayed in one of the suites, which was beautifully decorated and just the most amazing room, for what they offer we thought that the price was fair and were not disappointed with the amenities at all. The service, however, is what really stands out. The two ladies that attended us were faultlessly kind and friendly, very enthusiastic and this really made the trip for us. We very much enjoyed the free tour that they give every evening at 7pm around the house, explaining all the corners and the history of the house and it's restoration. They have lovingly and respectfully restored the building and its surroundings to an admirable level and we were enchanted by the whole thing. The lady who gives the tour is also very enthusiastic and explains extremely well. They even have complimentary liquor from the area available to guests and many common spaces. Thank you very much to all and we hope that we will be back very soon!

Una experiencia muy buena. La tranquilidad y el lugar invitan a ello. La visita guiada que te hacen es muy interesante, visitando el telar y la bodega, así como el resto del pazo. . El personal, tanto del recibimiento como en el bar, fantástico, estando pendientes en todo momento de si necesitabamos cualquier cosa. Sin duda repetiremos.

Precioso alojamiento, tranquilo y elegante. Pazo que hasta hace unos años estaba casi destruido ha sido restaurado y redecorado perfectamente. Incluso algunos muebles que estaban abandonados y rotos ahora están al servicio de los huéspedes. Da gusto estar en alguno de sus salones o pasear por el jardín, donde también pasean dos burros simpáticos. Puede visit**** la bodega, la biblioteca, la capilla, el antiguo telar y un pequeño museo etnológico. Excelente desayuno, sencillo y de calidad, con bica y mermeladas. No dan comidas, pero te apañan un picapica muy bien a base de vino de la zona y embutido. Personal muy amable. Un 10.
