Hotel Guacanayabo

We arrived at the facility on December 8, 2023, and were received very well by the receptionist Ange. The room was comfortable with a minibar but with many ants. There was nothing for snacks in the facility, only the Breakfast, Lunch and Lunch service. They did not have much variety on the menu and to make matters worse, the shrimp I ordered that day were nothing more than fried flour and super expensive.

I arrived at this Hotel which I had been to before and the Reception was good. The Room on the 1st floor was comfortable and spacious, ideal for children, the floor and the bedding were clean. In the pool area they sell beer and food that day, December 24, they sold us a bottle of cider, a bottle of rum, 2 apples and a bottle of water for Chris**as Eve. In the restaurant the food was varied and had good taste and we ate roast pork as is traditional in Cuba. The service was fast without waiting and the food was hot above all. Breakfast was normal bread with Viking ham, cassava with mayonnaise and coffee. I would return to this place because of the friendliness and attention of the staff.

I stayed there after the ugly disgusting food and no light, the service was the worst I've ever had in a hotel from the trea**ent to the food, I had never had such a traumatic experience like there, nor was hot water served either

We arrived at the Hotel Guacanayabo on March 20 to leave on the 21st. We were received by the reception where they gave us the keys to the two rooms but we were not taken by the trunk to these. In the Cafeteria that is in the Pool area we could not enjoy about what they were selling because there were no disposable plates and those who had were shoving them at the other customers to serve again, their staff is not friendly, they are selling rum and liquor with a bottle of soda but they did not let you choose a worker, he said that They had to sell the liquor first. The Las Antillas Restaurant has a terrible service, they serve you late to the point that the salad is already when you finish the main dishes, you have to ask for dessert because otherwise they won't give it to you. The Bar Carlos Puebla did not operate without any explanation

The Guacanayabo Hotel tourist facility presented a varied gastronomic offer in the Snack Bar and Restaurant area. At night I was able to enjoy a show with top-level artists from the city of Manzanillo under the stars. The sale of dispensed beer and Cristal bottle all day. I loved the piña colodas from the bartender at Bar Carlos Puebla. I must highlight the friendliness of the group that attended us at all times and made us feel at home. I must also highlight the hygiene that exists both inside and outside the Hotel area, taking sanitary and hygienic measures for Covid 19. The pool was clean and the room has Comfort. In short, a Valentine's Day full of love.

A wonderful experience in my land, magnificent trea**ent by the hotel staff, varied offers and exquisite food, you will see a wonderful stay, thanks to the Hotel team, the visit will be repeated.

This hotel brings back many memories of my childhood with my family, that's why I chose it. When I got there I realized that they still have the same level of kindness, their workers are always willing to help, their food is so delicious that I go back to my childhood, good Comfort of the rooms, everything very clean and a great variety of offerings in the pool area. I saw his manager many times checking throughout the hotel that everything was fine and that his guests felt comfortable, very kind of him. I visited another higher-end hotel and I was crazy to return to my beloved Manzanillo because what those at that other hotel lack from the staff at Guacanayabo are kindness and empathy, the desire for you to have a happy stay and that you have a great time. well with your family and friends. I left happy with the days I spent there and if God allows me I will soon return 🙏🏻.
