Agradable la verdad para el precio está muy completo el servicio las instalaciones están algo viejas pero funcionan tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y las toallas pero no tardaron en enviar al personal correspondiente.
La comida no está mal, y la animación está amena.

Ha sido la peor experiencia en hotel, desde el deterioro del hotel, la actitud de algún personal en específico la sra Cecilia torres que no quiso limpiar mi habitación estando yo adentro y decía que es política del hotel limpiar sin el huésped en su habitación, la señora amargada muy grosera, luego amenazo con que nadie limpiaría mi habitación, muy grosera, causándome bastante desconfianza ya que ella contaba con llave de mi cuarto así que preferí por cambiar de hotel y hacer la cancelación de este, solo aguante la primera noche con moscas, mosquitos, mal olor, cortina medio Rota, desprendida y sucia. Máquina de refrescos sin funcionar, colchones tiesos y sucios, alberca con nata de suciedad, agua turbia, en general una desgracia… no lo recomiendo.

Lo único malo que diría es que el aire acondicionado de la habitación está muy bajito nomás no pudimos acomodarlo y el área de alberca huele mucho a gato ... En lo demás trato comida y personal están de 10 gracias todo el personal atento y amable
