la verdad es que para ser un hotel todo incluido carece de calidad en sus instalaciones, filas interminables para el restaurante, la base para papel de baño a centímetros del retrete nada ergonómico y lo mas importante es de que llevo 1 semana esperando mi factura y nadie me puede resolver, segun el de recepcion me comunica a no se donde y son llamadas de 30 minutos donde nadie te responde, ¡¡¡¡¡PESIMO SERVICIO!!!!!

Es un hotel antiguo por lo que no debes esperar gran eficiencia en sus instalaciones. Lo básico se cubre. La tarifa que pagas es suficiente equiparable a los servicios obtenidos. Calidad regular a buena. Hay que lidiar con el sobrecupo todo el tiempo. Es decir, las áreas comunes pueden atender a menos gente de la que realmente se encuentra hospedada. Por lo tanto, hay que hacer filas, esperar tu turno y/o acudir temprano a cualquier actividad, sobre todo al restaurante y al área de alberca y playa. Si te organizas, sabrás disfrutar, pero repito, no esperes lujo porque no es así.

Que las regaderas del baño de las habitaciones no tiren tanta agua y mejor mantenimiento porque la habitación que me toco 11-108 se minaba el agua del la regadera al la habitación. Mejor servicio de los meseros del restaurante italiano porque nos atendió uno de mala manera, estuvimos 8 personas en la mesa y le pedimos una carta más para ver el menú como que se molesto y nos ignoro.

Es un lugar agradable en general, aún que hay algunos detalles que podrían mejor, por ejemplo en nuestra habitación (11-108) nos salieron animalitos, las llaves del lavabo están duras y cuesta trabajo para poder cerrarlas, mi hijo y mi esposa no las podían cerrar bien y se escapaba el agua, también diario se fomaba un charco de agua y no supimos si era alguna gotera o una fuga de la regadera por qué salía del muro en dónde se encontraba la misma. Uno de los puntos que creo podrían mejorar es que estuviera más parejo el empedrado, ya que en el caso de mi madre que es una persona mayor se le dificultaba mucho caminar por ahí por lo disparejo y más de subida. En cuanto al personal todos muy amables y atentos, a excepción de la persona que nos tomo la orden en el restaurante de comida italiana.

Conforme a la habitación todo bien no tuve ningún problema solo pedí cambio porque venimos con unas personas que no pueden caminar mucho La comida no tiene buena cocción y hay comida que no tiene sal o sabor y los meseros muy buenos Las bebidas muy ricas pero pésimo servicio en la barra Las actividades muy buenas y divertidas los animadores divertidos saludos a garmi y Michelle

La cena italiana en particular muy rica, los meseros atentos, solo a la pasta le faltó sal, pero de ahí en más todo estuvo muy rico. Aprovechando el comentario, los baños de las albercas un asco huelen horrible, estaban sucios y fue complicado poder utilizarlo
