性價比高，後門出去幾步就是海灘，前台的幾位工作人員還有打擾的阿姨都很友好，門口有家便利店，在這裏住了好幾天，很滿意👍🏻

Hola, Buenos dias a quien corresponda:
Es una sugerencia para mejorar la calidad del servicio, si inspeccionarán los aires condicionados en la habitación 104 no enfría para nada, los baños necesitan limpieza profunda, en el vidrio y paredes y el piso de la regadera, Pero imagínese 14 cuartos por limpiar en 8 horas pues ni cuando tengan tiempo de limpiar a profundidad las recamareras, pobrecitas.
El buffet o desayuno lo mismo todos los días y la porción es un poca y jugo de agua teñida😅.
Gracias pero por $100 y $80 niños pues ni me llene, ahí dice buffet en la reservación y resulta que nada.
Las toallas para la alberca no tenían disponibles, sin toallas, esperar a que la recamarera la miráramos para pedir toallas de habitación imajinese que porque no tenian las suficientes toallas, que mal servicio. No tienen secadoras, ni lavadoras para secar ropa, ni para cabello.
El internet pésimo no agarraba señal a cada rato se iba

La habitacion no había sido limpiada, tenia el cesto de papeles sucios del baño del huésped anterior, el asiento de la taza del baño estaba sucio, parecía de excremento, el agua al interior de la taza estaba amarilla. Se reporto a la recepcionista, pero aun así, me cambiaron de habitacion pero nunca tuve una disculpa o la cortesía del gerente. La limpieza de los cuartos la hacen con la misma agua de uno y no la cambian. No hay interes y supervisión de la limpieza. El que sea de 3 estrellas no quiere decir que la limpieza no tenga el minimo estándar que garantice a los clientes que no van a adquirir una enfermedad en el baño.

UN HOTEL QUE ESTÁN PUROS TRABAJADORES CON UNA VISTA DEL CUARTO DE PUROS CONTENEDORES PASAN CADA 3 HORAS UN TREN RETIRADO DE LA ZONA TURÍSTICA NO SE PUEDE BAÑAR EN EL MAR LA VERDAD NO LO RECOMIENDO.
