Waiting a long line for check in front desk not friendly not professional, the room is big and good view but is outdated shower room even worst than the motel will never going to this hotel again

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. All the staff we asked questions to were extremely helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the showers were large. The tile floor was very cold. The restaurants, stores, and beach were all located within the vicinity. We stayed in the furthest tower but the large golf carts would pick us up and drop us back off. Great service to have. The breakfast buffet at The Palmar restaurant was absolutely delicious. The private beach was beautiful and there was fish swimming with us at the shoreline. We needed a boat to accomplish the purpose of our trip and the boat dock with the rental store was right next to the restaurants. We were able to rent a yacht to accommodate our families of 16 people. We will definitely be back soon.

Lo único bueno fue la atención del Señor Gabriel en la entrada, él debería ser el Gerente! La señora Marlén en el buffete o el señor Juan, Erika, personas de diez. En la limpieza Sara trataba de hacer lo imposible, lo demás fue la peor experiencia de vida que hemos tenido vacacionando.

El servicio es bueno, en general el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones y las áreas comunes están en buenas condiciones, un lugar con vistas bonitas y callejones, recomiendo este hotel para un viaje familiar, no tanto para parejas, la playa está limpia, sus alimentos y bebidas pueden mejorar.

No me canso de admirar lo bello de este hotel, GRACIAS EN ESPECIAL A ANDREA, Y A BLAS QUIENES NOS ATENDIERON EN LOS DELFINES Y EL PALMAR, a los niños que atienden en la playa de los que no recuerdo el nombre pero siempre estaban ahi , manteniendo limpia y al pendiente de mis bebidas, uno creo es de California, A LOS CHEFS GRACIAS por hacer nuestra comida con tanto amor SE NOTA , EL AGUACHILE ESPECTACULAR. Los visitamos desde Memphis TN, esta es la 3ra vez que nos hospedamo con ustedes, este fin de semana celebramos nuestra boda en Manzanillo, y la ayuda de Maritza para realizar mi sesion de fotos fue excellente, tambien el concierge Alexis, y todo el stadd del hotel, mi familia y amigos de USA estuvieron muy felices hospedados ahi tambien, Gracias por todas sus atenciones!

El lugar es limpio, lo mantienen muy bien. Las comidas y bebidas no son nada del otro mundo pero están bien. En mi opinión es de lo mejor que hay en el puerto de manzanillo.
