Solo tuve dos inconvenientes, la señora de los snacks era muy grosera y le pedias algo y decía que te las ibas a acabar lo que estaba haciendo, el segundo inconveniente fue que me robaron dinero del hotel, no se me perdió, abrieron mi cartera y sacaron mis tarjetas y la ropa, quedaron en llamarme pero nunca lo hicieron, no quiero que me devuelvan nada, pero por compromiso aunque sea esperaba la llamada.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento a las instalaciones, closets sin puertas, muebles en mal estado, sin enjertos, hormigas cucarachas. La playa y el mar estaban muy sucios con basura.
Pocas opciones en alimentos pero buena.
El personal muy diligente y atento.

The rooms are old but cleanliness was maintained properly. The food they serve is very pleasant. With the all-in package, surely you will enjoy the food they serve and the drinks at the bar. You will also enjoy the beachside which is literally just in front of the accomodations.

En el baño en cespol de una regadera no se iba el agua, quedaba acumulada, en el wc le bajabas y salia agua de la tasa en la parte de abajo, un ventilador no lo pude prender, y detalles puertas que parece abandonado, las bases de las camas y tablas dan aspecto que puedan tener chinces o algun insecto, baños manchado el cristal y el azulejo, la puerta de salida al balcon se atoraba, si le falta mantenimiento a la propiedad en general, para el precio.

El hotel está algo descuidado, el buffet no tiene variedad, lo bueno es que queda a pie de playa, el mar está muy tranquilo y te puedes meter, el personal es muy amable, cuenta con estacionamiento.

Pésimo lugar y atención, la habitación que me dieron ni se acerca a lo que ofrecen. Todo el lugar está en pésimas condiciones, la habitación incluida, las paredes en cayéndose, ventanas sin cortinas, sucias y rotas, puertas con humedad a deshaciéndose, sábanas manchadas de cemento, lámparas rotas, sin mobiliario, terraza llena de basura; lavabos, barandales y jacuzzi oxidado, ni jabón de manos tenía en la habitación y ni hablar de la suciedad de la alberca y el "all inclusive" que solo era buffet a ciertas horas con bebidas muy mal preparadas. Todavía me cobraron un depósito de un control remoto para la tele cuando ni tele había en el lugar. Pedí muy tranquila que me cambiaran de habitación ya que fuí solo una noche porque tuve que acudir a un compromiso y el hotel se negó a cambiarme o devolverme mi dinero y solo me dijo que no me regresarían nada y que lo resolviera con la agencia. Perdí mi dinero, tuve que dormir en un lugar horrible y terminé enferma por lo que comí ahí. Fue una MUY MALA experiencia.
