設施非常有問題
定的時候顯示有空調，實際去的時候沒有
老闆給搬了電風扇，結果還不能轉頭，衹能對着一個人吹
房間睡覺很熱，半夜一直在流汗，甚至不知道咋做到的，床單都不平整，凹凸不平（有圖）
價錢也不便宜，希望老闆能改進一下設施

旅遊旺季，這樣的價錢，能有這樣的賓館已經很好了，同比花錢多的，條件是好，但對於一般人來説，是不願意在住的方面花很多錢的，住的已經挺舒服的了!

優點：位置離西站近，服務態度好，熱情
缺點：貌似沒有換床褥有少量頭髮，浴巾上面也有很多頭髮渣子，床頭沒有充電頭，沒有杯具，一次性拖鞋還是自己下去要的，掃完無線碼基本沒有網，上次顧客的垃圾桶沒有更換，裏面有煙盒和煙灰。

我乘的到扎賚諾爾的火車18:35到站，出站查身份證、健康碼等，再找到這家賓館。一進門就有陳舊地毯黴味，前台沒人，有牌子寫着：上二樓。到二樓老闆娘説：停水了。我以為小鎮都太停水了。進房間後我用消毒紙巾把桌子擦了，放下行李就出去吃飯。還沒吃飯見到當地人問：是否鎮裏都停水了，答：沒有啊。於是我在附近又問一家賓館告知：沒停水。我急回這家賓館商量退房。老闆娘説：不行，你6點就辦入住了，現在都2個小時了。（注意；晚6:35火車到站）。後來還是打電話給攜程客服才解決。
