I just want to say that the Shangri-La brand has fallen, and it can no longer provide quality services. If it matches the price, it's fine, but the room rate of more than 1,500 at the end of August is not worth it! The hotel's Internet access is particularly bad; the hotel's kettle is dirty, the room smells (of course, these situations were reported to the front desk, and the lobby manager solved them. The room was adjusted and upgraded. I ordered a latte in the lobby bar, and they gave us a look that we could hardly recognize. But the breakfast was quite rich.

民宿在老小區三層，裝修比較老但挺乾淨，帶着父母住有一種回到老家的感覺。房東非常熱情，親自來接。裏面燃氣、炊具、碗筷一應俱全，做飯很方便。周圍就有很多大小便利店和菜市場，有一家碳烤牛肉乾又便宜又好吃，比景區的好。美中不足就是沒法洗澡，但滿洲里也不熱，不怎麼出汗，在住宿偏高的滿洲里這已經很難得了。我們用毛巾沾着熱水擦了擦身體也很清爽。

這是我第三次住這個酒店了，每次來滿洲里都住這家酒店，今天忍不住想要給個好評，因為這家店的服務真的太好了，每天出門回酒店房間都收拾的很乾凈，且洗漱用品毛巾都更換了，這個服務性價比真的很高了，並且這個酒店地理位置非常好，樓下走路一兩分鐘都能到達城市最繁華熱鬧的地方，這棟樓也是俄羅斯人最認可的商業樓了，樓下商品因有盡有，且價格實惠。該酒店風景也非常好，住在裏面那圈可以看到像法國盧浮宮的金字塔，非常有那種歐洲氛圍，感受城市氣息非常的棒。致電到賓客服務中心時工作人員都非常的有耐心，講解當地好玩的、好吃的，這次滿洲里之旅非常愉快，有機會還是會選擇星輝大酒店。 此外星輝大酒店的地理位置、交通也很便利，從訂酒店開始到離店，酒店給我的感覺就是非常的温馨舒適，讓我在工作之餘能得到一個放鬆舒緩的休息環境，早餐對我來説是評判一個酒店好壞的重要標準，有豐富的菜品，味道也非常合我胃口，並且食物和餐廳都很乾凈衞生，且廚房環境也十分乾淨。再到不管是房間設施裝修，洗衣機，公共衞生間，健身房，包括前台大廳，都非常舒適嶄新。最重要的是水壓大，洗澡特別棒！進入大堂迎面就是服務人員非常熱情親切的打招呼，客房非常的有氛圍感，床墊非常的舒服，床品也很乾凈，工作人員都非常的專業很熟練的應對各種查詢，處理問題非常的出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務。給我這趟旅行增添了不少色彩。
