Yunnan drove back to Guangdong by car, stopped in Maoming for one night, found an ibis hotel, there is a parking lot. I was worried that the room would affect sleep by the road. The front desk lady was so intimate to help us upgrade the room to the inner street, let us rest at ease. The hotel has a laundry service, wash it well at the front desk, do not have to trouble going up and down the stairs to laundry and drying, it is worthy of praise. This time I came to Maoming, the first beach in China, and saw that Meihao Lizhi had a room, and it was settled immediately! When I checked in, it was already 20+ in the evening. The front desk lady was very friendly and took it upstairs in person, enthusiastically helping to solve various problems (such as: catching the sea, hotel members, etc.), and also sent a New Year's commemorative gift + welcome fruit. The hotel is near Wanda Plaza, it is very convenient to order takeaway, there is robot service. The 7th floor of the hotel is a restaurant + starry sky dining bar. The restaurant has breakfast, afternoon tea, and a bowl of noodles late at night 🍜. A 10% discount coupon for the starry sky dining bar is also given. The starry sky dining bar has alcohol, milk tea coffee, snacks! It's quite convenient. In addition, the hotel's sanitation and cleanliness are in place, the lighting is good, all kinds of toiletries are provided, and all aspects are intimate. GGuest UserI went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

The room is clean and hygienic, fully equipped, and has a large bathtub. Thanks to the girl at the front desk for giving me fruit and sending me all the activities in the scenic area. I strongly recommend the bonfire party I went to. It was really good. The staff were very friendly and approachable. There is a Tesla charger in the parking lot, which is slow-charged. The swimming pool is on the 7th floor without boundaries. My friends and I took 200+ photos here. I strongly recommend going to the sea in the morning. There is a place on the seashore in the scenic area where villagers come back from fishing. You can buy flower crabs and mantis shrimps processed in the seafood city on the spot. MMimishixiaochaichaila～酒店離海灘很近，出酒店大門就到，很方便。周圍很多海鮮平價飯店，吃飯很方便。停車場很大，完全不需要擔心沒車位停車。大堂很大氣，房間面積很大，整體感受還是不錯的。酒店有一定的年頭，所以房間裝修顯得有些陳舊，但不影響使用。熱水不是很熱，天氣冷又喜歡洗很熱的水的人，可能會有一些不習慣。入住時洗手盆有頭髮沒清理乾淨。從停車場到酒店大堂，有好幾級階梯，沒有斜坡，對輪椅使用者不太友好（商家説有需要他們會給人幫忙抬），也沒有小哥幫忙拿行旅，，要不就弄個斜坡方便大家推行旅箱，要不就給個人幫忙拿一下，很多人都是一家大小出來旅遊，大包小包特別多。這一點有待改進！
