由於酒店鋪了地氈，房間有潮黴味，電梯地面的地氈比較臟。前台服務一般，我是在攜程訂房的，講明是訂了房的，給了身份證服務員查驗，還反覆問我有沒有訂房。

住了好多次了，距離高鐵站非常近，走路大約十分鐘，不用打車。周邊餐飲店，小吃也非常方便。服務也比較熱情。

房間乾淨衞生，床上用品舒適，地理位置好（附近就是高鐵站），靠近人民廣場，臨近文創1959街市，周邊吃飯非常方便（化州牛雜，阿水土雞，高品味大酒店的早茶、夜市非常好），酒店停車也是方便、樓下還有一個特色菜大排檔，物美價廉。 酒店早茶味道好，花樣多，維也納現在口碑還是保持的較好。
