Mapusa market is easily accessible from the hotel. Kevin from the front desk was extremely helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel is average. Food from the restaurant is just ok. If you book your breakfast with the booking, you will need to arrange the breakfast time with the restaurant in advance. Else it only opens at 11am in the morning.

I had booked my stay for my official trip to Goa in the first week of April 2022. i was very apprehensive on reading the review posted on TripAdvisor. But i was in for a pleasant surprise. The entire property has been renovated and the room provided to me was absolutely neat and clean. The bathrooms too were hygienically maintained.The only drawback was that the restaurant was not functional. I was inform,ed that it would start from 15th June. Overall the services provided by the staff was great and since i have continuous work in Goa i now know where my preferred destination is!!

Vilena is the dirtiest hotel in Mapusa. I really mean literally dirty. The bathrooms were dirty so were the rooms. Dogs in the reception area. the bedsheets were dirty too. Really pathetic. I've been here twice never going to go there again.
