From the moment i walked into the room i went to use the bathroom and it flooded. I called guest services to see if they would change our room before we settled in and they refused. They stated i had to call *******. Which i did with no resolution the whole stay..

Modern building design. Rooms are the standard US Hotel chain. Nothing special. The Gym is very good. Streaming devices like Firestick cannot access the WiFi.

Rooms are dated, food and drinks onsite are not good, tried to charge me for a late checkout, wouldn't give me more nespresso capsules, weak AC in rooms.. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. Will not be returning to this property.

Es un hotel que esta alejado del centro, si buscas relajar y paz buen lugar para hacerlo. La zona de las piletas está bueno, una de ellas es climatizada, la cual la usamos a full xque nos tocaron dias horribles. La habitación limpia, cómoda y chica. Cuando llegamos teníamos todo lo que habíamos pedido en la aplicación de marryott. El spa lindo lugar para relajarse, tiene spa seco y húmedo y una pileta climatizada. Buenos masajes de paula o paola no recuerdo bien. El desayuno completo La atención de los empleados muy cordiales. La comida de los restos super rica y recomendable. Eso si el bar del lobo abre a las 15, medio flojo ese tema. Es la segunda vez que voy, y volvería.

Este hotel cumple con todo lo que uno busca al salir de descanso o vacaciones . Atención excelente en todos los sectores, recepción, valer parking, mozos del Pampa , las Barcas o piano bar, personal del SPA , mantenimiento, es decir no encontramos a nadie que no sea amable y servicial y que nos haga sentir muy bien por estar acá. Los desayunos son muy completos y abundantes. Los cuartos son limpios , muy cómodos y las camas espectaculares. El sistema de pet friendly funciona de manera brillante pues están en todos los detalles para que las mascotas también la pasen muy bien. En síntesis, venir a esta maravillosa ciudad para mi es sinónimo de estar en el Sheraton Mar del Plata .

El hotel no deja de ser un Sheraton donde prevalece la comodidad de la habitación, la vista, limpieza. Lo que no gustó es la atención del restaurante al mediodía y el desayuno. No en cuanto a la amabilidad, pero tardan atender, traer la comida y la misma no es tan rica. El resto de los servicios normal, la seguridad y el parking super amables, educados. Lo malo que estacionan el vehículo a la vuelta en un descampado, vino con la goma pinchada el vehículo y por ser un 5 estrellas y lo que se paga la estadía no está bueno que pase eso. La atención en la piscina de los bañeros muy buena. Destaco la limpieza de habitación. Más allá de todo buena estadía.

Increíble que este hotel siga llevando el nombre de Sheraton. No es cinco estrellas y si lo es un engaño. Precios altos mas de 200 dolares diarios y habitaciones viejas, sin enchufes para celulares o notebook, con baños de hace 27 años, viejos, y desgastados, toallas de piscina deshilachadas, sombrillas con manchas de hongos, frutas de lata en el desayuno!! Etc un horror. Lo unico bueno para el dueño: que cobra caro, todo es caro y regular y que tiene el cementerio enfrente por si quiere ir a visitralo
