The hotel is well located and although it is old the accommodations are ok. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Upon arrival we parked head on as instructed(the hotel then takes the car to a parking lot) there was a gentleman at the door, the hotel calls him “security” he did not come to help us neither he call one of the bell boys to do that. As my husband was taking our luggage from the trunk of the car, a motorcycle went by and stole one of our luggage!!! Although they said this has never happened before, we found out that it was not true. The personnel at the hotel were nice but unfortunately don’t know much how to treat a client. They never showed great concern for what had happened and maybe offering a dinner; a drink or anything else would have showed us that they really cared! Obviously the day they taught how to treat your clientele, they did not go to class.

El hotel tiene sus años pero en líneas generales está bien mantenido, comodas camas, con mucho espacio de guardado, está muy bien ubicado para poder visitar los mejores lugares de Mar del Plata y también para ir a la playa y lugares de diversión. El servicio de limpieza un día se olvidó de realizar la limpieza de la habitación y al llegar y reclamar me informan que no tienen servicio de limpieza a la tarde noche o al menos eso me informó la recepción con una indiferencia total. Una pena porque yo no pienso volver y menos recomendarlo.

Estuvimos en la doble twin, habitación amplia con buen aire, muy buena la comodidad. El personal muy servicial, muy lindo hotel. Lo que deja desear es el desayuno, los huevos revueltos son mezclados con agua (más agua que huevo); entonces queda insípido y acuoso agarrabas una vez y no volvías agarrar. Pastelería no es gran cosa. Tiene fiambres, panes, frutas de estación. Normal nada especial. El resto del hotel está súper bien

Estuvimos con mí esposo del 22 al 25 de febrero. Excelente atención de los chicos de la recepción, muy amables los que llevan y traen el auto del estacionamiento. La habitacion limpia y cómoda. Lo único que nos defraudó fue el desayuno, poca variedad de frutas, Las medialunas parecían viejas, los huevos revueltos mal hechos y frios, el café muy malo (liviano), el cocinero que hace el omelette, si bien estaban buenos, no daban ganas de pedirle por la mala onda y predisposición

Muy lindo hotel fuimos varias veces y siempre lo encontramos mejorado. La cama matrimonial es gigante, buenas almohadas y colchón , la limpieza excelente, la atención y servicios en general es muy bueno.

Como siempre, excelente todo, desde la atención de "todo el personal" hasta sus instalaciones. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente personal no atribuible al hotel y trataron de ayudarme siempre con mucha amabilidad. Solo una sugerencia, mejorar el desayuno, me parece que no esta a la altura del nivel del hotel.
