Mala atención en la recepción de la mañana .Cero capacitación para atención al público . Después de tantos años de ir al mismo hotel nos decepcionamos con la persona que los hizo el check-in inclusive cuando nos fuimos la misma persona nos volvió a atender mal Habitación pequeña y con un baño incómodo y sucio . Había plumas en la bañera y la ventana llena de excremento de palomas. El sector pileta debería tener un poco más de ambientacion y sillas . Falta de educación para hablar de los botones... Sin embargo en el hotel Astor es otro nivel de atención en general ... Una pena porque no pudimos ir al Astor ya que el vehículo no entra en la cochera .

Excelente la atencion de los empleados falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones que son pequeñas y nl ta comodas muy biena la ubicacion a dos cuadras de la peatonal y frente al ******.Buen desayuno americano.Le falta muchp con respecto a mobiliario en las habitaciones tv y aire no siempre funcionan

Es un hotel con una fachada que no condice con su interior. No han sido remodelado ni siquiera los baños. Habitación viejas, oscuras, baños viejos y poco agradables. Pregunte si podría disponer de habitacion con vista al mar pero .... No lo recomiendo.

Antes de ir, leí comentarios negativos y estaba algo nerviosa. Pero no. Excelente la atención del personal, habitación en buenas condiciones. Lo único malo es que ya no es 4 estrellas. Tienen que reacondicionarlo. Volvería nuevamente.

Excelente atención del personal, la habitación es grande y el baño funciona correctamente y tiene bidet, tiene mesadas de mármol, habitación muy fresca , no hubo necesidad de aire acondicionado, habitación silenciosa (412) salvó un leve ruido de un motor durante la noche entraba aire de dos ventanas opuestas, tenía frigobar, no hay oferta de productos en el mismo, pero hay un supermercado Toledo a la vuelta del hotel x Rivadavia. El hotel está bien ubicado como para ir a Paseo comercial Güemes, son unas veinte cuadras, cerca de las playas públicas, el café del desayuno es muy rico y hay frutas, no me gustó el dulce de leche la tonadita, imposible de abrir, jugo de naranja no me gusto, pero el desayunador es bastante completo y hermosa vista al mar. Muy buena la piscina para relax , es con turnos.
