The hotel is located in a national park and is convenient for safari. Family room, huge space and two bathrooms. Bathroom quality is good. Suitable for a family of four or two couples. Hotel service is very good. Hotel service is very good. But there is no phone or TV in the room. The hotel that took a hot air balloon ride proactively provided a manual wake-up call service.

I have been to Maasai Mara quite a few times but my stay at the Sarova Mara has certainly stood out. The staff are extremely attentive to each guest, with exceptional customer service and smiles that greet you every day. My little one is a very picky eater but Chef Daisy went above and beyond to make her exactly what she asked for in such short notices. My family and I really enjoyed the serenity, the game drives and staying at Sarova Mara.

Sarova has hit another home run with this luxury Lodge situated within the Maasai Mara reserve. The staff were absolutely amazing. The turn down service and the attention to detail were very much appreciated. Big shout out to Simon! Thank you for continually checking in to make sure that our stay exceeded all of our expectations (Told you we wouldn't forget ya!!!). This lodge shut power down between midnight and 4am, we explained to Simon and management that one person in our group had a sleep apnea machine and we would require power all night. Everyone was so great to accommodate this request, we all slept well! There were activities available for all ages, which is great if you're travelling with young ones(we weren't). Maasai performed traditional dance one of the evenings we were there. There was a water station available to refill water bottles which was appreciated after a long morning of safari. Food- The head chef made sure that every meal had both local and international cuisine that catered to all tastes. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

What an amazing hotel that truly thinks of everything. We were greeted with cool towels and then Ruth at the front desk made check in so easy. Every meal was delicious and Damaris went above and beyond for my GF meals. The massage was the perfect end to our stay. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Mara Lodge. High point was the entire staff who was very gracious and helpful. Ideal for Veg _ amazing spread including no onion no garlic choices at all BLD buffets. Chef Douglas was ultra mindful and arranged a special Veg choice for our Bush Breakfast post our Balloon Safari. Home made taste of Rice Poha with Eggless PanCakes. Surprisingly the curio shop had right priced and good quality artifacts which usually is never the case at such star resorts. Ofcourse the Tents, the setting is picture perfect

We couldn’t have asked for more. Everything over here was outstanding. The chefs Douglas and Damari both won our hearts with their warmth and exceptional service. We are coming back for sure and reccomend it to everyone visiting Masai Mara.

It's a wonderful place to stay.Simon's service is so meticulous.We have a nice trip here.we were really looked after well, and feel just at home. A very good atmosphere here. The staffs here very helpful and enthusiastic.We stayed here for three days .
