Outstanding service!!! Beautiful large lush spacious property. Offering lots of great outdoor amenities for us to use during our stay. We enjoyed the pool area very much. The rooms are spacious and modern. We got a balcony suite which I highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Sinder, front desk staff, who was super welcoming & helpful and made check in process a breeze. We love the Venezuelan hospitality.

Excelente atención de la Gerente Margaret Orcial...nos organizó todo muy muy bien. Comida buena: sugiero un menú más amplio para las personas que realizan dietas especiales y hacen ejercicios, atención dl chico d la t.v. bien, ambiente tranquilo para relaj**** y descansar. Sugiero aspirar las habitaciones para mayor pulcritud y por el hecho de persona alérgicas. La piscina bien mantenida. Sugiero más iluminación para las zonas cercanas dl Hotel, y charlar con la alcaldía para el asfaltado d las vías de acceso al mismo. Agradecida por las atenciones recibidas dl personal dl Hotel, buen trato, buen léxico, inmediata atención medica.

La atención bien, buen ambiente para pasarla con amigos y familia y otros, faltó fue la pizzas, limpio organizado sin inconvenientes con wifi, de resto todo bien. La comida bien, buena música, donde sent****, la piscina limpia, las cervezas si un poco calientes

Excelente atención en el área de la piscina y en la entrada muy atentos y cordiales. En el área del restaurante excelente sin embargo las bebidas un poco caliente, la música aceptable sin embargo pueden mejorar. Un excelente lugar para estar con familiares y amigos

Mejorar la música y cambiar el "tobogan" de la piscina. De resto todo muy bien, cervezas calientes, mejorar esto . De resto un sitio muy agradable para estar con amigos y familia, muy agradable para los niños de la casa. Y buenos precios en el menu
