A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, entretanto, a parte da culinária não é muito boa, ou seja, a comida é muito repetitiva.☺️😊. Quanto a limpeza dos quartos, também ficou a desejar, necessitando um pouco mais de capricho, principalmente debaixo das camas.

O resort tem um excelente atendimento! A comida e as bebidas são ótimas, as equipes de fotografia e do spa são maravilhosas! O quarto é muito aconchegante, bem como a área de piscina e a praia. O resort num todo é maravilhoso. Dá para tirar fotos em qualquer lugar do local.

O resort é bom, a limpeza é muito boa, o atendimento de modo geral é também muito bom. Todos são muito gentis e prestativos. A recreação é uma das melhores. A praia é maravilhosa.
Contido, a comida nos restaurante que deixa um pouco a desejar e o quarto (bangalô) está bastante “judiado”, merece uma reforma.
Mas todos os problemas são esquecidos por causa do serviço e variedade em opções. Você não vai comer a melhor comida da vida, mas vai comer muito e beber muito a toda hora, sempre com algum atrativo da recreação.
A praia é linda e o serviço de lancha do Waldir é muito bom. Um passeios pelas piscinas e pelas praias, parando para comer uma lagosta e um camarão, acompanhado de um belo drink no bar do Croa.

Gostamos bem da experiência. O lazer é nota mil. Mas a logística de comidas e bebidas é bem fraca. Falta as coisas . Os Barmens são educados. Limpo demais e cheio de manutenções o tempo todo (bom). Mas o bar da piscina não funciona. Dificulta um pouco

Complexo com estrutura muito boa para atendimento ao público, suítes bem cuidadas, atendimento dos colaboradores excepcionais. Um ponto de atenção é quanto ao atendimento durante os espetáculos, por vezes há somente uma pessoa para realizar o atendimento. E quanto aos shows e o pessoal de lazer e entretenimento nota 10.
