Hotel best dekat dengan KTCC mall. Kali ke Tiga menginap di sini. Tetapi kurang puas Hati dengan breakfast. Lambat siap. Top-up Makan pun lambat. Variety Makanan pun kurang. . Yang lain² semua ok🫰

Very slow service..towel only provided at 7pm...means that no towel upon check in...breakfast no variety and not very expensive..request to fix the stuck bathroom and no action taken...

Stayed here few times because it’s cheap and no other hotels available. Service is just not acceptable. Too rigid given a small hotel compared to bigger hotels. Staff agak sombong bukan macam orang Terengganu yg terkenal sebagai baik dan ramah.

Very easy to find and location very near to mall (ktcc mall) so located in the city center, food ok, ambience nice, staff friendly, everything nice, also have parking.
