It is a bit far from the center of the ancient city of Verona. The taxi fare is 10 to 20 euros. It is not cost-effective to calculate the time and 💰. If you are not in a hurry, you can take the bus, which costs 2 euros per person and takes 20 minutes to get to the central square. It is not convenient to take the bus with luggage. The hotel is 8 or 9 minutes away from the bus station.

They assigned me a room with a dirty toilet with poop and a dirty bidet cloth. Shame!!!
I complained to reception and they sent a gentleman up to my room to clean the toilet!

Away from the plaza, but well soundproofed
Facility is clean and tidy
It was so nice to have a quiet rest!
There is a large shopping mall within 10-15 minutes on foot,
The train station took 5-10 minutes by bus, so it was good to get around.

Nothing like a normal Crowne Plaza!! Small rooms, very far from city center. Wifi does nit workin the rooms or even in the hall, this was informed to the reception and was never fixed!! Can you believe it?? Food in the restaurant is limited, service is very slow, servers are inexperienced( i received a wrong item which i had nit ordered) and it is expensive. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here or you will regret it.
