We recently spent 10 nights at this hotel and had a really enjoyable break in this gem of a location. We picked up a hire car at the airport and this was a good move as we used the hotel as a base to explore the whole area. Checkin was easy and the lovely Maria showed us to our room which whilst dated was spotless and well maintained with fabulous views to the bay beyond. We found the food to be excellent quality and typically Greek fayre with lots of choice, it could have been hotter, but was still delicious. The entertainment was fun and most guests joined in with gusto. Drinks are what you expect from an all inclusive resort more than adequate and served with a smile. What did impress me was the fact you could visit the other hotels in the group as a day guest at no extra charge. We went to both Alykanas and Kalamaki to use the facilities and have a change of scenery. A kettle and mugs are provided in the room and the dining room had satchets of coffee tea etc available all day long. There is also a water dispenser to refill your water bottles. On the last day we had a late flight and whilst we couldn't keep our own room Maria arranged for us to have access to a late checkout room till 6pm at a very reasonable additional cost. We wouldn't hesitate to return here yes its isolated but that is its charm and Keri beach and the Keri hotel is just lovely.

What a wonderful place. My friend and I spent a glorious week at this resort in June. Weather although a tad windy at times was lovely and sunny. Food choice was amazing. Something for everyone. Especially the desserts which have added kilos in 7 days as they are so irresistible .Our apartment looked over the pool and was cleaned every day by the beautiful Valeria…such a gorgeous girl. Staff very friendly from dining waiters to reception and pool bar lady…(sorry didn’t get her name) .Bano nighttime bar man is a complete joy. The shuttle bus to the village is very good…always on time and the driver friendly and courteous. Probably only a couple of things less than perfect. The wine…undrinkable, supplied on tap (but plenty other drinks available) , and the life guard. Know she’s been mentioned on a few trip advisor reviews. Yes she is bizarre. Steals people’s suncream…mine included… walks round muttering to herself and when we did have an elderly gentleman that fell… she disappeared. Also would have been nice to have designated shower room for late travelling guests But if you want the most relaxing holiday spot…this is it. Thank you Keri Village we had a great week

Difficult to know where to start but...the view! It's worth the money on its own, utterly breathtaking. We came last May too and have rebookd again for next May! This place is amazing! Staff are so hardworking, its spotlessly clean from the lovely rooms right through to the dining room, pool and surrounding areas. Food is beautiful with choice for everyone! Yes, it is quiet but if you do your research you should know that already. There is a great shuttle to take you to and from the nearby village and beach and a walk to the Keri Lighthouse is a must. Entertainment alternate nights is always really nice with a friendly atmosphere. I really can't fault it and the staff should all be proud of this beautiful place!

This is a lovely place, there’s plenty to eat, salads, meat, fish, croissants, anything you want so I can’t imagine how anyone can’t find something to eat! For veggies there’s loads, for meat eaters there’s loads. The pool is lovely, I guess the life guard does her job. Our apartment is great, sea view and Mountain View and it’s very quiet. We’re not overlooked by anyone. There is entertainment on alternate nights which I have thoroughly enjoyed, especially the live band, and joining in with the Greek dancing! The bus driver take’s you down to the beach (if you wish) is very prompt and friendly. There’s plenty to do down there, hire a boat, good tavernas, lie on the beach under the pine trees. All in all it’s been a great experience. The folk we’ve met have all been lovely, the staff are fantastic and very friendly, everyone seems to get on really well. Zakynthos is a beautiful island, we’ve been coming here for years and this is the best place we’ve ever stayed. Thank you Keri Village.

Positives: beautiful surroundings, thanos/ panos barman, pool, great selection of cocktails, breakfast, clean rooms and pool areas. Friendly staff. Good entertainment Negatives: Nasty lifeguard insulting people personally when using inflatables and no selection of hot food really for vegetarians at lunch or dinner time.

Hi everyone I’ve read this reviews on here many times and somtimes they are helpful and sometimes not. Well here’s my review. Arrived on Friday no problem. Charged €20 for towel deposit which it says nowhere in the booking. Pointed to out rooms and the outside around the pool was breathe taking, really clean and tidy then got into our room snd felt like I’d walked into a 1990 room in some doggy hotels I’ve stopped when I didn’t care. It was so outdated and not cleaned very well. The taps for example have never had a wipe over, or the shower curtain is attached to an old shower door frame. The place stank of damp too. The bed had to be fixed by myself. Old fashioned safes where they charge you 15 euros for the week. Next the restaurant, I’ve had the pleasure of going all over the world for pleasure and work and this is the worst food I’ve ever come across in a all inclusive. Lack of choice, over cooked food, the pain au chocolate so dry it would make a great new patheanon incredible. Dry bread watered down beans then no beans. Boiled eggs that have been boiled ages ago then disappeared left with square bacon and hard fried eggs for breakfast. Dinner time didn’t do much better. Most days it was overcooked and cold which I personally hate in 21 meals, 3 meals a day x7 one good breakfast one good dinner and one good teatime. You can find things to eat but I didn’t enjoy them. The drink is s joke, plenty of choice but think they are very watered down never felt tipsy once. I tried lol Entertaining was a bloke /dj was 2 hrs for one night only and the atmosphere was like a jail. If your on s budget, please save up £300/400 mor and book elsewhere. There was no rep visit at all in the week. Good points. The free bus is very good if the times suit and it new so the previous comments about having holes in the floor are not there. Also Keri beach lovely which nice restaurant from £20-£50 for us 2 and can get a nice drink. Also boat hire is very reasonable and we had a guided boat ride with 2 other couples from the hotel and was £70 per couple. Anyway really think about this hotel please
