Great resort from start to finish. The front desk staff was awesome especially Elizabeth who made us feel at home, including starting off our stay with champagne and a list of things to see and do during our stay. Also sent us a charcuterie platter for my wife’s birthday. We stayed in Villa #1 with was beachfront two bedroom. Really nice unit but not everyone will love the Turtle hospital next door as they do presentations every hour…only a bother when you’re sitting outside. Beautiful property and a great pool. Highly recommended

It starts with check-in! A very pleasant greeting and an upgrade from standard single room to a 3 bedroom villa for a minimal rate increase. Our first meal was dinner at The Butterfly Grill. The food and wait staff were excellent! Views of the lagoon pool which was large enough to accommodate many groups with lounges and tables with umbrellas. The villa was immaculate and serviced daily with fresh towels. Parking spaces can be a short walk from your room but the resort is not that large. Perfectly situated right next to the Turtle Hospital which is a great place to visit! 45 minutes south of Islamorada. Overall - Paradise in the US!

Amazing place for my sister's destination wedding. We understand the wedding services were recently added. It was all amazing. Peggy was a very attentive and thorough wedding coordinator. Tropical flowers were GORGEOUS! Sunset cocktail reception followed by dinner at the resort restaurant

Do yourself a huge favor and book a different hotel. They remove all of their negative reviews off of Instagram, Facebook and everywhere else that they can get their hands on. They don’t even have a designated spot for their hotel guests, and if you mention anything to the front desk, Gabriel in particular he will tell you that there are people that are dining at their restaurant and the tiki bar and eventually there may be an open spot available. They also claim that their hotel is 100% non-smoking. The couple in the room next to us smoked ********* for hours screamed and yelled into the night with a three-year-old present. When that was brought to the managers attention I was told I would be contacted by someone and never was. When I did finally get a call after I returned home from there general manager , I was told that their rooms are impeccably clean although they’re old. After 15 minutes of walking on their tile floor with white socks before my husband got dressed to go to dinner he had to change the socks again Because the bottoms had become black as could be. The bottom of the bathroom door is chipped and peeling paint. It’s a very noisy environment that is catered towards 20 some that are from Miami. It is very clear that the management of this corporation only cares about money

Fantastic stay!!

Daniel was courteous, not pushy and prompt filling our orders poolside as well as gave great recommendations for lunch from T.J.s Tiki Bar. Blackened Mahi Sandwich with Burst O Berry for desert, Snacked later with Loaded Nachos. Made the stay more enjoyable.

Daniel was da man round the pool... it was like he knew I was in need of a drink.... super job!!! If you want to relax worry free the pool with my man daniel on patrol the pool at tranquillity Bay is the place to be. For a hard working country boy this was one of the most relaxing places I have been.

I loved every minute of this vacation. The room was spacious and had an incredible view of the ocean. We frequented the tiki bar often, where Steve the bartender took care of us, and made the yummiest drinks! 🍹 Highly recommend the Run Runner or the Mojito! The Watersports option is great to have if you want to get out on the water! Highly recommend Wave Runner for that true ocean experience. The water is so beautiful. Watch out for rocks on the beach, as my husband and I both stubbed our toes pretty bad on the first day. This was such a memorable vacation, thank you Tranquility Bay! 🌅
