Do yourself a huge favor and book a different hotel. They remove all of their negative reviews off of Instagram, Facebook and everywhere else that they can get their hands on. They don’t even have a designated spot for their hotel guests, and if you mention anything to the front desk, Gabriel in particular he will tell you that there are people that are dining at their restaurant and the tiki bar and eventually there may be an open spot available. They also claim that their hotel is 100% non-smoking. The couple in the room next to us smoked ********* for hours screamed and yelled into the night with a three-year-old present. When that was brought to the managers attention I was told I would be contacted by someone and never was. When I did finally get a call after I returned home from there general manager , I was told that their rooms are impeccably clean although they’re old. After 15 minutes of walking on their tile floor with white socks before my husband got dressed to go to dinner he had to change the socks again Because the bottoms had become black as could be. The bottom of the bathroom door is chipped and peeling paint. It’s a very noisy environment that is catered towards 20 some that are from Miami. It is very clear that the management of this corporation only cares about money
