Spontan auf dem Weg nach Key West dort gehalten und ein Cottage für 1 Nacht gebucht. Netter Empfang, supersüße Anlage, sauberes Cottage - in unserem Fall mit Außendusche (natürlich mit Sichtschutzzaun). Ein kleines, einfach ausgestattetes Häuschen und ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand uns vor dem Häuschen auch zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine Bar mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Cocktails, tagsüber einen Foodtruck (den wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben) und morgens kostenlosen Kaffee an der Bar. Dort hatte man auch tadellos funktionierenden WLAN-Empfang, in unserem Haus selbst war dieser eher schwach ausgeprägt, reichte aber durchaus um Nachrichten/Emails zu empfangen. Uns hat es gefallen und wir würden wieder hier Station machen.

The cabin was perfect, clean and exactly what we were looking for. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Loved the Tiki bar and taco truck on site! HIghly recommend, we will absolutely be back!

This is about the worst place I have ever stayed. The bed sagged in the middle. The bathroim is outdoors on a deck. There is no drain for the shower. The water just runs through the deck boards. I had to go out in the pouring rain in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The communications are terrible. There was no one on site to talk to. I called the phone number and got a recording and no call back.

Very noisy. No hair dryer, outdoor shower and toilet. Easily disturbed by noise from outside or other rooms. No service after hours!

Great location. Loved being on the canal. TV didn't work. No one could fix it. Fans only operated with lights on; therefore, no fans at night. Hole in screen. Kayaks there but not allowed to use them. Spacious. Kitchen could have used wine glasses, corkscrew, dish soap and rag. Food truck was good! Charming old Florida.

Based on photos and description of property, we thought we were getting a cottage, however it was just a room in a cottage. We arrived after dark and were unable to see the room number as there was no lighting near the doors. The room appeared clean however the shower was very outdated, old tile and tub that didn't drain, yucky. The beds were old and lumpy. We were awakened at 4am by a rooster right next to the door that didn't stop until around 9am.
