The rooms are beautiful. The towels are excellent. My recommendation is to add a hot water kettle and coffee/tea bags. The restaurant (breakfast and lunch; we never had dinner there) and we loved it.

Friendly staff. Great amenities. Felt spa-like from check in through check out. Beautiful room. We had drinks at the tiki and rooftop bars, had dinner at the Rhum Bar, and saw the sunrise from the dock. Absolutely stunning and fun-filled one night stay.

2nd stay here, property is gorgeous. We had a great time. The new restaurant and rooftop bar are great. We had breakfast here every morning, and a great date night at the restaurant one evening. Room was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

I spent a great deal of time and effort to get the proper room reservation. This was our 1st trip to the keys to celebrate my husband's fight against cancer. After we were already on the road I received an alarming email from resort staff with the wrong visit dates. With anexity I called and was assured it was a computer error not effecting our stay. However once we arrived we were placed in a substandard room not the water front king bed ADA accessible room we paid for. We were informed we could have our room the next day another guest extended thier stay and bumped us from the room we paid for. They didn't seem concerned that we would need to unload our suv then move twice to get our room. Plus once moved my husband went to get cleaning wipes as the tv remote was covered in ick. Tara saw him and said WHAT NOW as if the issues were his fault. The building we were in sits about 30 feet not yards off the US hwy 1 so it's loud. The sea**** stinks to high heaven no beach really no water access because of stinky sea****. They removed it with tractor in middle of day running everyone inside from bar and pool deck. The work could have been done early AM or late afternoon not prime pool time. The balcony is very spacious but has 2 plastic chairs and no table people were putting coffee table on balcony this was inconvenient and confusing. The elevator was not working the morning we checked out I was not going to let my husband (61) recovering from chemo carry everything 3 flights so I did get assistance and I loaded the car. Because of the unnecessary stress of the room screw up and the disrespectful way Tara spoke to my husband the DeVaughns can not recommend this resort. All other staff were very kind. They also have a very strict full page of rules for you to sign. The resort is very eco friendly and beautiful. They have no guest laundry and saw no ice machine. The photos of VECHICALE is from my 1st room window not the view I was expecting.

Amazing cute little boutique style resort, very clean, updated & comfortable rooms! The staff was amazing from the front desk, to the water sports guys & especially the bar tender Jeff (such a helpful sweet man) everyone went above & beyond to make the stay special! We will definitely be back!!

Staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. Food is excellent at the hotel restaurant. Property is clean and maintained. Beach, hot tub, and pool relaxing. Adult only was a huge plus. Plenty of water sports activities available. Excellent stay experience all the way around! We loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra night!
