Rooms were clean, parking was horrible
Roosters are in back and front of units and started crowing at 1:30am and keep you up

Nice little deck behind the pool that you could sit at and enjoy viewing the manatees swimming about. Easy kayak paddle out of the inlet.

J’avais lu les commentaires qui était bien . Mais je suis très déçue de l’état des lieu 😞 mur très sale. Les meubles 😕 des taches rondes de tasses de café sur le bureau et la table de chevet. Les stores dans la chambre toute brisé et très sale. C’est vraiment cher payé 404$ canadien pour une chambre dans cette état 😞

Some of the fixtures like the toilet and the faucet were a little loose, they felt cheap. The light switch in the bathroom didn't work properly and sometimes the light would not come on, mostly the gfci, and so then the hair dryer did not work. The chairs in the living room were not really comfortable.

We didn't have any hot water for the shower, so we had to just wash up a bit in the sink, thankfully the water there was hot. Pretty disappointing after a day of walking around. No one was there that could look at why there was no hot water. The roosters on the property kept us up all night too.
I cannot recommend staying here
