An Absolute DIAMOND in an out of the ordinary location! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off of the Overseas Hwy, this 1953 home turned into a Lovely Resort & Marina is Super Special! From confirming our reservation (which we booked via booking) to the moment we left...OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and A WONDERFUL experience altogether! Thank you to Andi...for your recommendations on Irie Island Eats as well as all of the tips regarding snorkeling and the local beach scene... (Veteran's, Sombrero, and "of course" Bahia Honda). Loved how we had such similar interests! You, Sandy and Chris were so very genuine and far exceeded our expectations in hospitality on our first visit to Marathon. We truly look forward to our next stay! We booked Room #1 and were very satisfied with our accommodations. Everything about the room was pristine, though next stay will definitely be choosing #7 or #8 to see the sunrise from our room and enjoy extra amenities . Truthfully, we considered cancelling our 2nd week in South FL to stay in Marathon. Only reason we didn't: Seascape had no accommodations available. Seascape Resort and Marina is definitely a place that is Blessed and Very Special. Felt hugged by the God via the ocean and especially through Andi, Sandy and Chris!!!

Very nice property which was well kept up with lovely grounds looking out to sea. Lots of good dining options a short car drive away One small ****** we didn't anticipate was some noise from the nearby airport - not a deal breaker though

The resort location was excellent! We had our own private beach and tropical paradise! The boat docks, the pool with ocean views, the private beach area - all were amazing! We had a 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults. The only bathroom was in my ** year old dad’s bedroom so it was slightly inconvenient for my dad to have people coming and going from his bedroom while sleeping. However, the inconvenience was worth it for all the great amenities I listed first. I will certainly return and also recommend to others!

Great place…not super fancy but private and quiet. Has some upgrades. Really nice person at the front desk. Good parking right outside your room. Bright and very clean.
