Séjour en famille avec 2 ados. Bel hôtel, literie confortable. Repas variés et bien élaborés. Seuls les desserts sont répétitifs et manque de diversité . Il est très dommage de n avoir quasiment que de la pastèques de la papaye à tous les repas , nous n avons jamais eu de noix de coco ni de mangue,2 fois des fruits de la passion et très peu d ananas. Nous avons trouvé notre bonheur à chaque repas. Côté boissons dans le tout inclus, choix limité et boissons gazeuses peu gazifiees. Le ménage des chambres est très bien fait. Hôtel à taille humaine. Le personnel est très accueillant, merci au club lookea. Seuls quelques employés sont malveillants avec les chats et chiens errants qui sont dans l hôtel. Alors que ces derniers cherchent un peu de fraîcheur et d ombre, certains employés les tapent à coup de pierre! Cela est juste inacceptable! Il serait plus judicieux de faire fuir les corbeaux qui font leurs déjections autour de la piscine et sur les rebords plutôt que les animaux qui cherchent de l ombre!

Bel hôtel situé entre mer et mangrove. Très bon accueil de la part de sassou du club lookea qui a pris soin de nos enfants durant le séjour. L hôtel est à taille humaine. Les chambres sont confortables biens équipées et insonorisées . Le personnel est au petit soin et toujours avec le sourire . Le buffet est très bon juste un point à amélioré mais c est un détail c est les desserts manque de fruits et de fraîcheur. Je recommande cet établissement à 100 pour 100. On a passé un excellent séjour et du coup de merveilleuses vacances .

Excellent séjour que je recommande ! Dépaysement total. Excellent hôtel, les repas sont excellents, la chambre spacieuse et calme avec jolie vue sur la mangrove. Chalani est toujours attentionnée demande tous les jours si il n'y a aucun problème dans la chambre .

The team around Dorothée & her team from TUI made me feel very welcome. The private beach is small and controlled by the hotel. You have to cross a small street. The sea is pretty rough and honestly there is a part of the hotels guests that sits around there and also at the beautiful big pool area, the lobby and pool bars, to drink big glasses of whisky and vodka already in the morning, which is the not so nice side of the resort. The definite upside of the Club Palm Bay is its staff. Absolutely amazing the choices in restaurant buffets.Especially for me as a vegan, there is a large variety of dishes that constantly change and it does not get boring. I also did same ayurvedic treatments that are absolutely worth trying. As a lifelong hotelier, i see the proof again, that great people make up for some weaknesses of the product.

The best for a day out. Its green all around and very nature friendly and has a wide spread of food. Can take a dip in the wide pool or at the beach right across. The people are very friendly and are always ready to offer their services. The rooms are clean.

It was an unforgettable experience. The aurudu celebration was so fun and had a great time. The service was amazing and had a good time with all the activities available. Had a variety off games to play like badminton, table tennis, water polo, pooling, and more. Azeez was a great help and everyone was so friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand

Excellent Atmosphere. Good Food. Hospitability of staff was good. Pool was clean ,spacious, calm and refreshing. Lot of activities were organized . A well maintained Ambiance and astesticis giving out Auvurudu vibes. Interior was calm and pleasing. Washroom must be maintained with better cleaning facilities.

We had great experience at Club Palm bay. Especially the service was excellent . Amila from Animator was amazing. We played snooker, Table tennis and Carom. He was very friendly and very helpful. Really hoping to visit gain! ❤️❤️❤️

From the moment we came here we got an excellence service. Especially Mr Amila the Animator gave us a wonderful time. With him we did baloon blasting, ring passing, laughter therapy programme, big foot. Excellence. Thanks.lovely place ever
