Very friendly and helpful staff who worked very hard to keep guests happy. 20+ min walk from San Pedro town centre. Small restaurant for the number of guests having breakfast especially if the covered terrace is closed; but there was a good selection. We had a first floor room but sadly we had smokers and vapers either side and below therefore we could hardly ever use the balcony without getting smoked out; also the terrace near the pool/bar attracted even more smokers hence we never used this area. The bedroom had a safe and a kettle and a tv that received many UK tv channels. The bathroom was a bit tired but the bath/shower worked well. Wifi was intermittent but mainly worked. To be frank I would not describe this as a 'boutique' hotel. Not far from the promenade but the beach was not the best we have seen in southern Spain.

This is what a hotel should be! Fantastic value for the price with a beautiful authentic Mediterranean style building centered around a nice pool area, with bar and casual restaurant service. Very clean and nice rooms with balconies and comfortable beds. Above all, this smiling and willing to help staff makes this hotel a wonderful place to stay. They all speak English well too. The other guests were from England, France, Germany and Skandinavia. We might have been the only Americans, so that was fun too. The location is in a nice residential neighborhood about 4 blocks in from the beach and several beachside restaurants, and a bit longer walk to the Puerto Banus harbour with it's high end shops and restaurants. We cabbed it to a couple less touristy inland restaurants suggested by the hotel stagg and they were outstanding.

Sommes arrivés pour une nuit avant de rejoindre notre appartement dans la région. Avons pris des tapas, choix fort limité et qualité médiocre. La nuit était horrible tant il y avait de bruit d’autres hotes très bruyant et fort arrosés. Pas fermé l’oeil avant 1h du matin. Chambre et salle de bain vétustes, le sol de la douche ondule sous les pieds, très désagréable sensation. Nous n’y reviendrons pas.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooi knus hotel, vijf tot tien minuten lopen van het strand. Flinke, maar mooie wandeling naar Puerto Banus.
Mooi zwembad met ligbedden en luxere bedden. Mooi schoon, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt.
