The location is perfect for anyone looking to visit Puerto Banus. Staff were great.
The apar**ent size was great but the furniture and decor was a bit tired and dated and needs to be updated. However, if you don't plan on spending much time in the apar**ent its a good trade off for location

The apar**ent is very clean, spacious and comfortable, only the kitchen and appliances are a little worn out and with limited household items, the bathroom is small and clogged and equally deteriorated.

Hotel ideally located with a magnificent view of the sea.
Practical underground parking at 29€/day (expensive of course but compared to 80€/day with free access).
Nice bars and good restaurants (are halal) just below the hotel, beach a few meters away and close to the center, the Marina…
The apar**ent hotel is very spacious but really dated! Very uncomfortable mattresses, kitchen present but not really usable, old-fashioned bathroom. Note that by staying 3 nights, we did not have a change of towels or cleaning or anything else.
Good value for money despite everything which means that this is the second time we have booked at this hotel.

To flee. I thought I had reached the pinnacle of luxury by renting from Plazza but was hugely disappointed upon arrival. Apart from the location which is ideal, the rest of the stay was dismal. Unsanitary, dilapidated, broken washing machine, broken doors, no products apart from hand soap. Brief. Awful.

The accommodation was very old and the cleanliness was very basic. Some areas were not cleaned and the washer didn't work. The place was very elegant, but the parking was very expensive and you should ask at the reception before parking the car.

Amazing location! If you're after a clean base for your holiday and you'll be out and about for most of your trip, then this is the place to stay. We were lucky enough to have a sea view and balcony which were amazing. Cleaners came in and changed our towels, emptied bins etc every day. The apar**ents are dated but clean. I wouldn't rate the kitchen facilities but that was the only negative, i wouldn't have cooked in it as barely anything there. The best part of these apar**ents is how close they are to everything! Would stay again.
