the set up is very well done and the staff were extremely good. Unfortunately my room was close to the centre which had parties going on till 3am. I also had an adjoining room with very noisy neighbours. Reception did speak to them but I think that make them worse but that is not the hotels fault in any way. I actually checked out a day early as I couldn't sleep. Now this is not a bad a review, as the place and staff were lovely. My view is if your going to be out late and enjoy the full party experience then being close to the square is perfect and not a bad thing, if you are more dinner and then bed for an early start then just ask for a room slightly further away.

Vorab: Ohne jeden Zweifel 5 Sterne. Ausstattung, Lage, Service, Freundlichkeit, Restaurants, Zimmer, ...hier bleibt kaum ein Wunsch offen. Zudem meiner Meinung nach sehr Nachhaltigkeit und mit natürlichen Elementen in die wunderschöne Umgebung eingepasst. Ein eigenes, kleines spanisches Dorf. Worauf ich hinweisen möchte (was meinem Lob aber keinen Abbruch tut): Die Zimmer direkt am LA PLAZA, dem Mittelpunkt des Resorts, sind definitiv kein Ort der Ruhe in der Nacht. Die Clubs und Bars/Restaurants haben dort bis 3h00 mindestens auf, zudem gibt es noch einen FoodTruck, der die Partygäste bis 5h30 mit Essen versorgt. Wer also etwas mehr Ruhe will, sollte bei der Buchung nach einem Zimmer weiter weg von LA PLAZA bitten. Für uns war es anfänglich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber trotzdem kein Grund für einen Umzug. Wir haben den Aufenthalt geliebt und können das NOBU wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! Gracias!

Why would you want to pay 1.000 euro per night for this hotel, except to be part of the jetset experience of Marbella. Checking in 5 people took 40 minutes. No drinks were offered, until we found the refrigerator ourselves. Rooms are nice, but nothing that you can not get in a hotel where you pay 50% less, at least. Small balcony, with an uninspiring view. Breakfast was great. A lot of restaurants on site, but all equally too expensive for what you get.

Staff are excellent and super accommodating. Big shout out to Rebecca!! Beds are incredible and rooms beautiful. Definitely will return to this amazing hotel with its exquisite feel and fantastic location. The breakfast is the best and has to be sampled.

During our stay we made a complaint or reception about the level of noise coming from room 152 occuring until 5am. The hotel said they'd speak to the guests and address this. The following night the noise still persisted and sounded often like domestic violence. Last night, guests from room 152 returned to their room at approximately 830pm (drunk again) and opened the fire extinguisher in the hallway in front of our room. Powder from the fire extinguisher entered our room. Not only is this behaviour entirely unacceptable but it's not what I expect in a 5 star hotel. We had to make a further complaint to reception and request to move rooms. Upon checkout today there was no recognition of this situation from the hotel nor was there even an apology. I wasn't even asked about my stay. The inconvenience and the hassle of having to change room was not even acknowledged. This is incredibly disappointing in terms of the level of service expected from a 5 star hotel. And it fails to meet basic customer service expectations.

We had booked to stay but then discovered that the kids club had a price of 120€ per day. We have never stayed anywhere across the world where the children's club has an additional fee - and so will be cancelling our reservation. We wish to post this to make others aware.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic location by the sea. Feels like an Andalusian luxury village. We enjoyed Coya, the Peruvian restaurant, super yummy and exotic cuisine. We had some drinks in La plaza, where is all the action going on! The room was beautiful and the place feels like a paradise, but what make it more special is the people, service is fantastic! Special thanks to Rebeca, who was top helping us to organize all our holidays!
